Green Valley Flooring

I needed several rooms to have new floor update to match the rest of the hose. Entire main floor had to be sanded and buffed prior. Most of the rooms needed new floors. The work was performed perfectly - colour is great, the floors look great and the work is excellent. People at Green Valley are pleasure to deal with. Very accommodating and easy to work with.

They have very good collections of Hardwood and Laminate flooring. Their service is great. people at the store are great, knowledgeable and very nice! They managed to deliver what we purchased on time in spite of Covid-19 pandemic. I strongly recommend them.

Folks at Green Valley were professional from the day we contacted them. Very considerate under the circumstances behind COVID-19 and were accommodating to all our requests. Existing floors were covered in carpet glue, holes and numerous strips of hardwood were missing. Floors were replaced, every missing piece was added.The floors look as good as new. We couldn't be happier! We would highly recommend Green Valley.

The products offered at chestnut flooring are outstanding materials, also with affordable pricing. The level of service I was also given was great. I have since used them for multiple projects and I don’t see myself going else where!

After searching many stores we found exactly what we were looking for at Green Valley flooring in Concord. They had products no one else did and at the right prices. The Customer Service from Jackie was AMAZING!! With all the builder delays and issues, she got us through it all and assigned the best installation team ever. Cong and his team came on time, sawed the wood outside, took special care not to damage walls, did a fabulous job installing, especially around difficult angles/joins. They stayed late to finish the job and tidied up. We are extremely pleased with the “beyond the call” customer service from Jackie and the overall experience with Green Valley Flooring. We highly recommend them.

We must have gone back and forth half a dozen times to this store, taking home two dozen different flooring samples before we finally chose the Baroque Oak from Fuzion. Through the whole process, all of the staff were helpful and patient with us. The floor looks beautiful and matches the rest of our home's interior perfectly.

We bought a home North of Toronto and some of the rooms had horribly old carpet. We approached a few flooring stores and found GreenValley Flooring to be the most helpful and choose them to install new wood floors.

The staff in the show room were helpful and friendly. Their prices were also competitive. So we chose them.

They sub contract out the install, which is fine. We decided we wanted some extra work once the installers arrived. It is best to deal directly with GreenValley if you want extra work. The sub contractor was greedy and asked for more than they should have. I instead paid GreenValley for the extra work, and it was cheaper to than have GreenValley deal with the contactor!

The floors look nice, and so far 1 year in we have no issues.

The customer service was fantastic. The staff there was very knowledgeably and friendly, could not do enough for you. They had a great selection They were fairly priced and the workmanship was great.
