Dave was very thorough and professional. He made sure I understood everything that his report was going to outline. He was upfront about items that needed to be fixed right away and those that could wait. He also gave me detailed information on what the appropriate fix would be. He was very friendly and patient, which I appreciated.

Dave was a complete professional in every sense. Arrived early and immediately got to work. What I particularly appreciated was I had specific concerns to include and look for during our inspection. Aside from his inspection detail - he explicitly brought up each of the concerns I had and answered them. His inspection was very thorough and not only did he highlight many areas with a specific list of actionable items that needed to be fixed he also educated us on how we needed to address these issues and how to maintain it over time. Furthermore he gave a lot more information in terms of the age of specific equipment elements which allowed us to start taking into considerations on building reserves as they get there. The service was top notch.

All in all - Dave was very friendly, approachable, explained things in a very simple way that wasn't intimidating for first time home buyers like us.

Dave came to inspect an issue with my mother’s house that we were having a hard time diagnosing what was causing the issue. Dave was able to determine what the issue was and told us who we should seek out to fix the issues. Dave also gave referrals to us for contacts that can fix the issues.
Dave was very professional, he was communicating with us throughout the inspection and answering our questions, we was thorough inspecting the property outside and inside and gave us a very thorough summary afterwards.

Dave did a great job to inspect our new condo at Skymark. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and inspected every details including electricity, appliances, heating/cooling systems, water supply, plumbing, building structure such as windows/doors/walls etc. of my unit and gave me a printed and PDF full report on everything he checked, plus alerts and hints of how to deal with them and fix it.
