My husband and I were looking for ways to automate our lighting system on our main floor and in our master bedroom. They went through multiple options with us and we finally settled on a wireless home package. This gave us the functionality and convenience we were looking for. We were very impressed with the options we were offered and the cleanliness of their technician. They were also able to complete the job in one day.

Love Rockwood, always on time always professional. We were in the works of buying a older home and it had aluminum wiring. We spoke with Rockwood and Shane came and met us before we made a offer on the home. He was by far the most knowlegable person we spoke to regarding this situation. We were given a couple of options on how we could fix this problem. Shane reccommened since we were not doing any huge reno to go with a Repair rather than a replace which saved us thousands of dollars. We made the offer and had Shane and Dale come in and repair the Aluminum wiring. They used a special connector that they bring in from the States. Everything was done clean and they even put all new devices and switches in. The most comorting thing about this whole situation is that had the city come in and inspect the work. The inspector made the comment he wished everyone took the same approach with repairing aluminum wiring that these guys did. To top it all off without having to be asked they sent us a letter for our insurance regarding the repair, we didn't think much of it until the insurance company sent a letter stating they needed documantation with regards to our aluminum wiring. I told them we had an electrical company come and repair it and had a letter. I was able to email the letter to the insurance company while on the phone, it was all solved and taken care of right than and there. We feel safe in our new home and are happy we went with these guys. Thanks again we will be calling Rockwood first on the basement reno before anyone else.

Had 3 smoke alarms replaced on an emergency basis due to false alarms occuring at 0300 on a nightly basis.Dale came within 1hr of a call to Rockwood Electric and alarms replaced within 2hrs.No further issues and peaceful nights sleep back!Also returned next day to clean power panel out.Dale arrived on time,was friendly,professional and honest.Service was excellent .Would use and recommend this company and Dale to family ,friends.5 stars awarded for prompt customer service and timely work carried out.Good to know some companies still exist to give excellant and honest options to a householder with no electrical knowledge.

As an IT company, we have had Rockwood Electric do several jobs for us in the past when we are moving a client and we need electrical work done. Rockwood Electric has always had great service and has always got the work done in a fast and efficient way. One day I got home from work to find that my dishwasher would not turn on at all (no lights, no sounds, nothing). I bought a wall sconce to install and had a small wiring job to finish in my basement and thought I could "do it myself".

After never getting around to it, I contacted the team at Rockwood Electric.
