Ryan came the same day that we called, at the time that he said, and did a professional job. He shared pictures of the roof before and after. He was upfront and honest about the price. We've already recommended him to our neighbours and would do so for anyone else in the future. Our home is a new build and we've dealt with a lot of shoddy work, it is refreshing to get someone with skill and integrity.

We had an issue with a vent cap on our roof for our dryer which was frozen shut which caused serious issues with our dryer. We explained what was happening to Ryan and he knew exactly what the issue was. He came out as promised with supplies in hand and completed the work on the spot! Had Ryan come out and do two garage roofs - he came when he said he would, did the work in an efficient manner and did a very good job - we would definitely continue to work with him for any future jobs that need to be done.

Had a part of the fascia come off from strong wind/loose nails.

Ryan is an extremely knowledgeable and reliable contractor. After doing a thorough check of the attic he recommended additional venting using the most up to date equipment. I had always been concerned that the kitchen venting was inadequate and as it turned out the setup was for a bathroom fan rather than kitchen range hood. I was thoroughly impressed by Ryan's workmanship and timely completion of the project. Great work at a fair price.

Don't be concerned about Ryan's lack of age. He is the utmost professional and does a top quality job. His quote is complete including local references. His quote is for the basic work and where appropriate he will suggest upgrades (providing pros and cons) but the decision is yours with no pressure. He showed up on schedule but was delay due to weather so by the end of the second day all the work was completed including an additional kitchen vent (at no charge). Before the guys left the site was thoroughly cleaned. I would recommend Impact to anyone.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism and quality of the work. I had a problem with my roof late at night during a wind storm and Ryan came and did a temporary fix which was a great piece of mind Ryan and his team came back in the next few days, completed the job and cleaned up the area extremely well. I just had a re-roof last Friday and Ryan and his team did a great job. I know its only been 4 days but it looks as if it should hold up for as long as it should. Im sure if anything were to be needed and i call Ryan he would attend to repair right away. I received 9 different quotes from other companies and not 1 of them presented themselves in the same manor as Ryan. He is honest and well spoken. Impact Roofing is a smaller company but blows the bigger guys out of the water for workmanship and presentation.
