Needed a full gut and reno. We are so fortunate to have found living construction. They made our job seamless and timely. We would have moly use them here on out. It is very hard to find an honest, dependable and professional contractor. We did find them in Tomer and his team. Very courteous, friendly Excellent bunch of hardworking, detail oriented individuals. Tomer and his team were extremely punctual and they completed the work more than a week before the decided completion date. Workmanship was exceptional, he gave us very good suggestions about our project from start to end. I am definitely requesting their services next year for my driveway. Replacment 10 Foot Fence:
Fence separating rail road track and backyard had fallen apart.
Dug new footings with small tractor deeper than 4 feet .
Replacement fence very strong.

2 day job:
1 Day Demolation Old Fence and Dig/Place New Footings
1 Day Build New Fence.

Living Construction did a great job building a large composite deck, side brick walkway, and new grass. The price was more reasonable than other companies and Tomer ensured that the final product was in line with our expectations. We are happy with the results.

Tal and his team from Living Construction were amazing. Our project was a large size renovation project. They fully renovated the main floor , removed internal walls, installed pot lights, completed four full bathrooms, installed a new staircase, moved laundry to second floor, replaced all internal doors. The work was up to code and passed all city inspections. Tal always had best advice for us. Tal and the team are very professional. The project was done on time and on budget. I highly recommend Living Construction for any construction and renovation projects.

We did a 3 month home renovation with Living Construction - was honestly a great experience! Tomer and Tal helped us think through the plans and designs and were very attentive to our questions and preferences. Tal led a great team throughout the entire process (shout out to Shlomo!). I did a few month long, full house renovation with Tal. He was very attentive from the very beginning, and was also very patient with my decision changes (which I really appreciate). He gave us a timeline and made sure he stuck to it, even with the issues that we faced during the renos. He was always available to talk when I needed, so communicating was VERY easy with him. And of course, the house looks fantastic! I'm picky with the level of finishes, and I'm really glad that he also is.
I have recommended him to many friends already and will keep on recommending him to everyone.
