We are very pleased with the job Thales (Wonder Woods) did on our floors in our two bedrooms. A common issue with condo owners is trying to match existing hardwood with rooms that are carpeted. This was our goal as well. Thales provided us with samples that were as close as possible to our existing colour. We chose one and Thales and his helper installed it in just over one day. The rooms look great!

Thalas and his crew were amazing. They showed up ontime everyday and worked with us to provide a custom solution to the old sub floor that needed replacing. Thalas came to our house and provided a reasonable quote that matched others we had gotten. My wife and I chose Wonder Woods Flooring because of Thalas eye for detail and being able to provide samples of his many flooring options. He helped us to stay on budget to satisfy our needs to replace a worn out 30 year old floor that was beginning to fail. His crew was very freindly, kept the work area and our house clean and had a complete solution finished in just over 2 days. His attention to detail was awesome and my wife and I would recommend him to anyone. Thanks again for a great result that my wife and I can now enjoy for many years to come.

He repaired a bad sanding job by a previous contractor and resurfaced everything to look like new. He's a good listener, respectful and accommodating. A pleasure to work with.

Work was done on schedule. Not cheap, although competing bid was even higher. Finish (we chose oil-based for greater durability) did not adhere properly and they have taken responsibility -- will do remedial repairs to the extent possible
