He showed up on time, explained the work, gave me an estimate, and did a professional job. Very happy with the results. He also recommended a running app to help with my workouts - he noticed my running shoes.

Tim did a fantastic job on repairing and stretching my carpet. I highly recommend his service. He cleaned up everything and left me with a totally positive feeling and outcome to a carpet that i thought couldn't be repaired.

Tim showed up on time, was courteous, fully explained what he would do and then proceeded to complete the work fast and efficiently. Results were great and he left no trace of having been here except a great looking end result.

Tim arrived on time and reviewed the work to be done. He fully explained what he would do, got his tools and went right to work. Tim restretched the carpets in multiple directions and trimmed off the excess as required. He also repaired a seam and a couple of carpet snags explaining to me the repair process should it be required in the future. Cleaned up after the repair was completed and vacuumed the carpets for an excellent finished product. I Would use Tim again or highly recommend. Great Workmanship & Pride!

We found Tim through an online search after no longer being able to stand our bunching carpet! Tim was very professional and we are so happy with the results of the stretching. The carpet looks brand new again.

After about 2 years of living in my new build I noticed the carpet was starting to bubble pretty badly. I bought a knee-kick stretcher and spent several days getting rid of the bubbles. It was back breaking work and took forever for someone that doesn't really know what they're doing and I could see the seams where I cut out a couple inches in the doorway and rejoined. My work lasted another couple years but the carpet started to bubble again so I called Tim. It took him a few hours to do the upper floor, basement and stairs. The carpet looks new again and the seems where he cut out pieces are invisible. Given the amount of time it took me versus what it cost for Tim to do it, I would choose Tim every time.

Tim was quick to respond to my online inquiry and was able to explain clearly the process over the phone. On day of appointment Tim was promptly on time and was very personable and professional. He was able to quickly resolve my issues and explained what he was doing. I would highly reccomend Tim for anyone needing carpet stretching. Great Job Tim!!!
