Bnz Interlocking And Design

We were very happy with the work done by BnZ Interlocking and Design. The crew was amazing, and the project was finished on time.

BNZ crew were very pleasurable to work with, they completed my project in time and I was updated on every step of the way what was happening with the project.
What we appreciated the most is they came for clean up on an early Sunday morning as we had our toddlers birthday party. Domenico also seems very experienced and takes his time explaining the process.

We worked with BnZ Landscaping and Design to redo our front yard which included replacing the existing lawn with soil for a garden, expanding our walkway, removing and updating an existing landing, and building a new retaining wall.

From the start, Domenic and his team were diligent and responsive. Domenic understood what we we were looking to achieve and made great recommendations. When the work started, they executed the project efficiently and quickly making our experience working with them so seamless.

We love the way the front of our home looks now as a result of the beautiful work completed by Domenic and his team, and we couldnt be happier with the result!

We would highly recommend BnZ and look forward to working with Domenic and his team again in the future.

I have several issues with this company that I will list below. I hired them to interlock my driveway and front steps. First, was that I was pressured by the company owner to write a review on Home Stars for their services before work was completed which does not accurately reflect my experience with them.

It has been approximately 5 months since they left my property but have yet to return to complete the work I paid for in full.

1. My initial problems with them started with the scope of the work. Despite explaining to them twice what I wanted, they failed to execute my requests and when I wanted it changed they wanted to charge me for it.
2. Materials were not properly quoted and they would also over-order, using your materials for other jobs. They are most likely quoting people on other jobs similar materials and then doing the same with their materials.
3. Contractor charged me an additional $500 for a piece of 3/4" plywood for behind my steps. When I came home from work, I noticed the plywood wasn't even new. It looked like he found it somewhere and used it.
4. I paid $1000.00 to have my garden raked clean and shoveled so I could start fresh with wood chips. This was done half-assed. Within two weeks I had weeds and plants again and I had to rake it out myself.
5. Contractor gave me less than 24hrs notice in wanting to be paid almost $14,000.00 of the renaming amount. When I told him I needed more time he became very upset and unprofessional.
6. Company didn't put the proper amount of sand in the interlocking of my driveway. Most of the groves between the stones are without sand and will most likely need to be re-filled next spring.
7. Company did not reinforce the edges of my driveway with support rails to stop my stones from shifting. It has been 4 months and the stones are beginning to separate and move.
8. Workers damaged my front porch and denied doing it. Finally admitted to it but refused to fix the damage.
9. Did not bring a water hose to wash off the interlocking. They used my garden hose and broke it. Also denied doing it.
10. Despite, for 5 months, saying he would come back and fix my issues, he has now stopped replying to my texts and won't pick up his phone.

Overall a very poor experience with this company that started out as promising.

The Bnz interlocking crew was extremely professional, friendly and proficient. They were able to get the job done fast and completely blew my expectation out of the water. I would 100% recommend Bnz to anyone whos looking for stunning walkways, driveways etc. They did an exceptional job bringing my driveway back to life. Amazing!!

I recently hired BnZ Interlocking to install new steps, a patio, and a retaining wall, and I am extremely impressed with their work. Domenic and his crew were the right choice. They got it done quick, while still being done right. The company and the crew were nothing but helpful and respectful, from the quote until the job was done. Domenic made a lot of suggestions to help me getting what I needed and wanted. I spend so much more time in my backyard now.

We used Bnz Interlocking and Design to build out a walkway next to our driveway. They came promptly and finished the job quickly with a high degree of craftsmanship, several neighbours also commented positively on the quality of the work.

My backyard is completely revitalized with new and beautiful flagstone patio installed by BnZ Interlocking and Design. The wall around the tree is wonderful touch. We can't wait to enjoy the patio this summer and for many years to come.
