We bought a 12 yo house and Dan and his crew fixed all the key issues raised by the home inspector.
They did a complete master bathroom reno, back to the studs and also bullt a fantastic 500 sq ft plus deck, replacing an old flagstone patio and decrepit pergola.
All the work was done to an excellent standard , on time and within budget.
Would recommend Dan to anyone as a really first class craftsman, also the people he uses are terrific. Importantly, they also did a good job of cleaning up after themselves.

Our kitchen renovation came to us in a rather unplanned way - we had a very old, very small kitchen with a leaky pipe under the kitchen sink...but no one could get access to the leak to fix it properly. So we decided to rip out the bottom cabinet in order to fix it, once and for all. That meant new bottom cabinets, and the damage from the leak meant a new counter. Once that was being done, we decided we might as well do the uppers too...and since that was being done, why not also do the backsplash and the floor? If you're going to do it, you might as well do it all, right? So we quickly became very high maintenance, in how quickly the job changed, the quick decisions that needed to be made, and how unsure we were of each and every decision, all the way through. Not your ideal customers. Dan was so incredibly helpful, understanding, and patient with our craziness. I can't speak highly enough about his professionalism, knowledge, expertise, dedication and attention to detail. When he left, he left us a brand new, perfect (and perfectly clean!) fabulous kitchen. The job was done quickly (a little over a week!), and I am beyond thrilled with it. The kitchen is now my favourite room in the house. I highly recommend DTM Construction for any of your home renovations, whatever they are. Thank you Dan!!!

We contacted DTM Construction to renovate our main floor bathroom in September. Dan, DTM’s owner, came to our home to check out the job himself and provide us with a quote. They began work almost immediately.
I was impressed with DTM Construction from the beginning. They put up a plastic screen to separate the bathroom from the rest of the house, in order to minimize dust from the demo. The team also covered everything in my office with large plastic sheets, and covered my hardwood floors with paper to protect everything from dust.
The demo was done quick and efficiently. Each night, they took the time to vacuum and clean up their tools. I was particularly impressed with Bram, who each night explained what had been done through the day, (so that I could understand it) and then tell me what the plan was for the next day. Dan also took the time to discuss the renovation with us and to go over options for tiles, etc.
The entire renovation took about 2 weeks, the exact timeline originally provided for us by Dan.
Overall, I’m very satisfied with DTM construction. They stuck to their timeline, ensured I was involved in every decision made, and kept my house clean from the dust of debris from the reno. Dan personally came to ensure we were happy with the work done! The finished bathroom is beautiful, we receive compliments on it all the time. Thank you, DTM Construction.
