Unfortunately we have no record of any client with this name and no issues with any client or company regarding deposits. To understand our policy of a deposit: we indicate to all clients that we automatically require a $250.00 deposit on a first bin delivery. That deposit remains on file until we pick up that bin or the last bin from a project site if there are multiple bins. At the time of pick, transport to a licensed transfer station which have scale systems to measure the weight of the vehicle and its contents, we then dump the contents of the bin and drive back out on another scale to take our weight empty. At that stage we have a documented report of both weights in and out and the amount of the contents dumped. We then generate an invoice with our bin rental cost of $185.00 plus the weight costs at $88.00 per metric ton. plus all HST. 95% of the time the deposit is not enough to cover the complete bill and we then charge the clients credit card the difference. The client initially has been informed of the payment process and all costs they would be responsible for. If there is a refund we always issue a refund once we have all weights. We have been in the waste business for over 5 years and have not ever had an issue with any refunds or cost issues. If this is an actual client of ours (which we can not see or confirm) we would be happy to refund any charges that may have been incorrectly charged. This "client" does not have a profile on our records what so ever. We feel this is not an actual client but a "ghost"client writing a negative review about something that never happened. It is our policy to handle all clients professionally and respond to any issues ASAP.
