I used Sasan and his company for the second time and I am absolutely happy and satisfied with his services. I called him on a late Sunday evening and he walked me through trouble shooting process and fixed the furnace early next morning.

Great service . Recomended to me by John Woods technical dept. Sam was very knowledgeable , fixed my problem and volunteered a lot of information regarding maintaince of my entire heating system. Very friendly . Would recommend.

Sam was quick to response and came to have a look after reporting a concern about a smell coming from the fan coil in my unit. He came and realized that something was broken and immediately replaced that AND the outdated thermostat that was previously installed.

This guy is clean, and precise. Took me longer to make him a coffee than it did for the work to be completed. Left everything he way he founded and the repair was done properly.

I submitted a service request online for an issue with the furnace. Within a few minutes I received a call from Sam and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. Sam arrived on time and quickly discovered that the intake pipe at the inducer fan was blocked with a plastic bag (he suggested I put a wide meshed screen over the opening outside). It was a quick fix, and I was happy that it was not more serious. I will definitely be calling Climax A/C for all future HVAC needs.

Our Hot water tank was not working properly, as soon as I called him ( climax air conditioning) he was there within a few hours and he repaired the issue immediately with professional services.

Service was awesome. Provided next day service on a Sunday after calling late on a saturday. Came in and took the time to answer several questions I had. He made sure we got the right solution and everything was working properly. He was in and out in less than 45 min with the a new thermostat installed and heat back on!

Sam was really awesome - came when we needed a fast fix. Job done in under 30 mins and got the heat and hot water back on - total professional.

It was a cold day and our heater didn’t work probably. We asked help from Mr. Sasan and he came and visited the heater very nicely and repaired it very quickly.
