I wish working with every contractor was as easy and worry free as Value Windows and Doors. We interviewed with 6 different contractors before settling on Value Windows and Doors. Before we even got the price, I already knew Value Windows and Doors was the company I wanted to partner with for such an important renovation.

From the beginning Daniel, Theresa and Margaret were fantastic in terms of responsiveness, professionalism and friendliness. Daniel is extremely knowledgeable and provided many suggestions on design changes to improve the quality of our house regarding windows and doors. They were the only contractor to provide a highly detailed, professional quote on the initial visit - very impressive considering the size of the job. The final price was very competitive, especially when you consider the quality of the product and installation.

The installation team, lead by Mitch and Martin completed the entire job in 2 days with a team of 4. They were very efficient as well as thorough. They answered all of my questions and did an excellent job. They took extra care in cleaning up the site, leaving it the way they found it.

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the end product and would not hesitate to recommend Value windows and doors to anyone interested in new window or door installations. Our new windows and doors are gorgeous and we feel like we have a brand new home. Thank you so much VWD.

Daniel and his team were great. Daniel provided us with a suggestion on what we should replace our existing door with and the outcome was better than we expected. His team from the staff at the office to the guys on the ground were very experienced and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Installing bay window, sliding doors and other types of windows, all triple glazed. Professional, knowledgeable and polite, very clean work and finished in time.

I needed to change the front entry door and make an entry to garage and install my old entry door to garage entrance, from house.The job was well done on time, the quality of the material was superb and team is very professional. I got 2 quotes for this work and Value Windows & Doors won for 2 reasons .1. The owner came out to do the quote and is extremely knowledgeable about homes in general and windows in particular so it gave me confidence that he knew what he was doing.. 2. We have california shutters on all our windows and the patio so they had to be removed and replaced during the window replacement process. His cost for doing that was nearly $2000 cheaper than the other quote...yes, that is not a typo...I was shocked by the other quote which was relatively clost to the quote from Value Windows but the charge for this component turned me off entirely.

Four guys showed up on the install day and they got themselves organized and went to work...they had a system and the work progressed very quickly. They started at 8am and worked thru to 6:30pm and they finished all 10 windows and the patio door. They were very professional and very skilled at what they do. We were very impressed and we are very happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of installing or replacing windows * doors in their home.

This was a very positive experience from beginning to end compared to our last window installation with a Big Name Compay about three years ago. Our experience began with a visit to the Speers Road store where Theresa answered all of our questions. Our order was then passed over to Margaret who did a great job on the logistics. Mitchell and his cousin Ethan were very professional, both when they came to measure our windows and Especially when they did the install. Our floors were protected, and no debris was left when the job was finished. The windows were fitted nicely and the finished product looks wonderful. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others.

Replaced 10 windows due to rebate program. Decided to replace doors at same time. Great work from a family business. Prices were much cheaper than the other dozen quotes I received. Neighbours are already booked for install as a result of the quality of work they have seen.

We recently had our front living room and basement windows replaced.
