I have the best roof around, thanks to Calgary Elite Roofing. My appreciation goes out to the crew that removed 2 layers of old roof, prepped for the following crew, who also worked diligently during the heat wave of the decade to install my black standing seam metal roof. All workers were polite and respectful; they cleaned up on an ongoing basis. The installation work involved detailed mapping and craftsmanship. My insurance company reduced my premiums too! I would not hesitate to recommend this company to those needing to acquire a new lifetime roof like mine.

I was in need of a thorough quote for my roof to sell my home. My timeline requirements were tight. Rob and his team were able to put together a quote that reflected a number of suitable options with the utmost professionalism in a timely manner which ultimately sold my home.

This roofing job required the removal of the existing Unicrete concrete tiles followed by the replacement with new asphalt shingles. The concrete tiles were heavy and removal was labour intensive. The Elite Roofing crew worked quickly and methodically, finishing the job in 4 days. The worksite was left clean each night. A thorough scan of the area was done once all the remaining materials were removed. We are very happy and thank Elite Roofing for a challenging job done well.

This summer we required a small roof repair for missing tiles. We contacted Elite Roofing to get an overall opinion on the status of our roof. The company representative, Robert, was friendly, professional and thorough. He also identified another potential issue apart from the tile problem and dealt with it immediately. We appreciated the fact that he didn’t just simply state we required a new roof, but provided an honest evaluation of the current condition with an approximate time frame for replacement down the road. We will definitely be calling Elite Roofing when that day arrives.

My installed was Cody who after the job was done notice some pine cones cloggin my eaves and cleaned them out for me. Where do you ever find service like this these days? I originally called two roofing companies... one company told me they only replace roofs and would be able to email a quote "by the end of the week". Elite Roofing, on the other hand, sent their inspector Greg the next day. He was honest, personable, and knowledgeable. He inspected our roof, emailed us pictures saying it was simply melted condensation that froze above our pot light (pot light doesn't have a vapor barrier above it). Best of all... no charge! How many companies would treat their customers this good. Thank-you Elite and a big shoutout to Greg!

I have always been a big believer that when I get less than adequate service that I need to make my dissatisfaction known to management. On the reverse side, I am also a believer that when I get service that I am very satisfied with, that I need to make my satisfaction known to management.

Subsequently, I need to relate a very positive experience with Calgary Elite Roofing over the last year or so.

My first experience with Calgary Elite Roofing was shortly after we moved into our house in NW Calgary. Which left me with a very good feeling about the company and the personnel.

Then in March 2020 we have some roof vents replaced and re-configured 2 bathroom fan vents, to function more efficiently by Calgary Elite Roofing. Just this past week there was an issue with one of the bathroom vents.

Within a short time of leaving a voice mail I received a call to enquire about the issue. We arranged a mutually agreed upon time that day (within 1 hour of call) to look into the problem. In less than 1 hour their Head Foreman arrived and got straight to investigating the issue. The issue was quickly identified and corrected. He took the time to explain to me what the issue was (with pictures) and how he repaired the issue. He also mention that if the issue persists to call them back and they would rework the vent line.

When asked about the cost, he said it was covered by the warranty on the work previously performed. That truly is impressive. As I had no idea any warranty would apply.

I wish I could name everyone that has been involved with the repairs / service over the last year, but I know I would leave someone out.

In this day and age it is rare that you receive this type of service. Well done Calgary Elite Roofing!
