I had some shingles that appeared to be lifted or curled. After a windy night, more of them started to lift. I called several roofers who came over for quotes. Greg from Elite was the only one out of all the roofers that gave a quote to tell me that I had one missing shingle at the top. I was given a quote for roof replacement and we discussed different options. Given that I live in a duplex and replacement not being needed for a year or 2, I ended up getting a roof repair done for the missing shingle and securing any other shingles on top portion of roof that might not be secure. I was quoted $250+ GST.

Andrew (the roofer) came a few days later and did replace the missing shingle and secured others that were loose. He was very friendly. He went out of his way to also replace other lifted shingles on a ledge near front door. He also inspected my detached garage's roof and caulked around the vents eventhough it was a newer roof then the house. I was assured by Andrew that the roof will not leak and will not replacing for another year or more. Aside from the peace of mind, it gives me time to coordinate with my neighbor on when we can change it together. All in all, I am very happy with the friendly and professional service from Elite from start to finish and in the end I paid what I was quoted. When I get my roof replace, it will be done by them.

Calgary Elite Roofing replaced roof. Excellent workmanship & did not rush job. The crew cleaned everything up after the job & also came a 2nd time to check again. Robert was very informative at the initial quote stage & took time to explain everything. He also followed up in person the following week to make sure we were happy & to explain the g'tee. We needed to replace IKO failed asphalt shingles and chose Euroshield and Calgary Elite Roofing to quote because they had good online references. We also wanted a good roof with full water membranes underneath and no exposed roofing at the end of the day. They responded quickly, the quote was fair (we did not take the lowest quote). They not only did our extra large and complex roof in three days, the install was exact to Euroshield specs with full membrane coverage underneath the tiles. The site was cleaned and we had no issues with the crews. Fast and worth every dime we paid, which is absolutely surprising these days.

Elite Roofing did an excellent job from all perspectives; speed of service, quality of workmanship, professionalism of employees, and cost.

The original builder of our three year old house and their roofing company had been out multiple times almost since possession. They not only didn't find the root cause, they made the problem worse leading to further damage on the outside and inside of the house. After calling Elite they showed up the same day and immediately diagnosed the problem. They were back and had it fixed within a few hours, explaining the issue and involving us all the way. They even offered to help us by talk to the original builder, explaining what was wrong with original job and subsequent attempts, and why.

I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or refer them.

Calgary Elite Roofing (Robert) did an exceptional job for me!
We came across Calgary Elite Roofing by chance, doing website research. Was not quite clear whether we needed a new roof or just repair, plus some chimney repair work. Robert made good estimates for both (and we even decided not look into other companies). At the end we voted for a new roof. We had very high expectations, coming from Germany and being used to high craftsmanship quality. And we were not disappointed. Normally I do not write recommendations, but this is an exception. Timing was excellent, no major delays, all as promised. Everything was fair and as projected. Overall, it clearly exceeded my expectations. In short, they did an outstanding job. We would do it again and will use this firm for other jobs.
The crew did an extremely efficient job, took them less than 2 days, everything was very clean. My neighbors were astonished how effective and fast they worked. There was one minor problem, based on the very special architecture of our roof (and kind of expected). The company immediately reacted, came one hour after calling them. They (2 men) worked until 8:00 pm and the next day with a full crew, and fixed all to my fullest satisfaction. Incredible!
Prize was very fair, no hidden costs (even more included in the initial prize than we thought). Robert is a very honest businessman, proud of his product.
In conclusion: extraordinary!!! Highly recommended.

Called Calgary Elite Roofing after we noticed one of our concrete tiles had come loose and was hanging dangerously off our roof. Not many companies are qualified to deal with concrete tile so we were lucky to find Calgary Elite. As promised, Greg came out on the Saturday and quickly fixed the problem and a couple of other things he noticed while up there. Took lots of pictures so I could see what was done and very clear on pricing. Also mentioned a few longer term things to keep an eye on. Overall very satisfied with Greg and the team at Calgary Elite and would definitely recommend and use again

We were very happy with the work from Calgary Elite Roofing. Rob was great in meeting with us and answering all our questions. The quote that he provided was very reasonably priced. They did a great job on the roof and eaves. We really appreciated the extra help that Rob was able to provide us. We highly recommend Calgary Elite Roofing.

Called a couple places for quotes and decided to go with Elite because of the good Homestars rating and competitive price. Robert was very good at explaining what needed to be done and although the wait was a bit longer than anticipated due to the large number of homes damaged in the August hails, it was worth it. Had his crew come out to do two houses and when I had some issues, Robert was very quick to address them. Would definitely recommend.

My neighbor and I decided to do both our roofs at same time to save some Money on our roofs. Had 7 quotes that varied by $4000 or more. Elite roofing went on roof, took pictures,gave detailed quote Although not lowest, There was no PRESSURE and Greg Garcia was very courteous and committed to our satisfaction. My roof was in bad shape, and when due to heavy rain is began to leak during the project, Robert came out immediately at 8PM to fix issue. both me and my neighbor were satisfied with results.

5 year old Shane home leaking roof into master bedroom.called elite roofing.Robert Lapierre answered phone listened to problem , elite very busy agreed to come himself on his way home.assesd roof not only found what we think was the problem but fixed several other from the original installation.took him 45 minutes to an hour. After showing us pictures of the problem and what he fixed he then explained the normal charges and waived them. We were impressed to say the least. First rate service , it supposed to rain in a couple of days and were probable safe thanks to elite thank you Robert.
