Our skylight had started leaking. Rob came by within a few hours to as he knew a storm was on its way. He explained exactly what was wrong with the light in detail including use of pics and video. All seals were gone as well and there were a couple of other small issues. He fixed the issues right away and used pics again to show me what he had done. He recommended a new skylight as ours is getting quite old but I appreciate that there was no pressure to buy. Found Rob to be very friendly and professional and would definitely call Calgary Elite Roofing for any future roofing needs.

I made an appointment with Robert, based on Calgary Elite Roofing’s rating online. I got a quick assessment of the roof, honest opinion what needed to be done, and review of the options I had asked in my original request. Based on Robert's suggestion we picked the least expensive choice of doing just maintenance, instead of replacing the whole roof. Refreshing as sometimes people trying to sell you more than you need. That evening we received the estimate of the job, and we agreed immediately.
Apart from bad weather interrupting the schedule, as soon as conditions improved the job was completed in two consecutive days. There was no sign of debris, areas around the house were all cleaned, and the only sign of anyone being on the job were new cedar shakes and capping. I could not be happier as we had no interruption to our lives and yet everything was done as described.
I would recommend Calgary Elite Roofing to anyone who has roofing needs, and in particular, one like maintenance of the cedar roof as ours.

Rob came out within 24hrs of us calling to quote on a repair on our furnace stack that was leaking with all the rain we have had in Calgary recently. I met Rob LaPierre from Elite Roofing at the Calgary Home Show in February 2016. I talked to many roofing reps at the show that day but was the most impressed with Rob. He was very knowledgeable about the product and services and was a 'straight-up' guy! I hired him to replace our roof a few weeks later. At the first opportunity his team came out and performed the work quickly and quietly (you know how some crews have the music really blasting and drop f bombs all the time)?......not this crew! We called Robert to have our roof inspected because we are worried about this shingles that were blown off the roof from the strong winds we experienced a few days ago. He was very professional, informative and honest regarding the condition of our roof. He said that we don't have to rush with the roof shingles replacement and it can still be good for at least 3 more years and it is up to us if we still want to replace the roof/shingles, he fixed the shingles that were blown off by the strong winds free of charge. We will surely recommend them to anyone who will need roof service done to their roofs.

We called Robert worried about our roof leak - he came out same day to assess the situation! Robert was SO KIND on the phone and made me feel extremely comfortable with the process. We were out of town and he took photos to show us what was wrong, quickly quoted us a fair price to re-sheath and replace the existing roof. After some heavy rains, we discovered we had a small area on our roof that needed repair. Elite came and gave us a very reasonable quote and within a few days were able to come and fix my roof. The work crew did a great job and they also did a very good job cleaning up after their work.
