The repair tech was honest and performed The necessary repairs very quickly. I am satisfied with the service I received

The keypad on my garage door was not working I tired to change the battery but it still did not work I called the door master and they came and fixed it. Apparently I must of pressed something the wall button and set it to vacation mode. Thank you for helping me solve the problem.

Garage door lifting mechanism faulty so that lifting wire had come off the drum therefore not lifting door properly

The technician didnt have the part but he came back at the end of the working hour and he fixed the door. He was so dedicated.

A family member backed into my garage door and damaged 3 panels. I shopped around and other companies gave me inflated quotes and charge me for consultations. I rejected all of this. Steve showed up and was very honest and had a great attitude. He gave me a VERY reasonable quote and didn't charge a cent for consultation. He immediately returned to start the repairs and was very generous with answers to all my questions about opener upgrades. The repair was done promptly and I was extremely happy. I will be calling them again for a new opener. Thank you Steve, you were awesome.
