Sewer line was clogged. Camera inspection revealed broken tile.
Problem solved by inserting liner. Work in our house was all cleaned up. The outdoor interlocking brick were carefully removed.

I am an Enercare customer with the plumbing protection plan as one component. All the plumbing services we received for this issue was completely covered by our plan.

We had a clog in the main pipe to which our basement kitchen sink and our main kitchen sink were both tied in to. And because of the location and our finished basement with kitchen cabinetry covering that area of the wall we needed a plumber to help unclog the blockage.
Enercare was quite good with sending out plumbers repeatedly to help with the blockage. Donovan came out from Cirton after i explained to Enercare that previous plumbers had done a good job with temporary fixes but we needed someone with better equipment for this job till we could resolve the cabinet issue. He unclogged our drain so it was running better, even temporarily. After the cabinet had an access for the main pipe installed we requested Donovan to come out again. He then unclogged the drain, and we have had no further issues, and dont really need some of the more expensive solutions that are still available.
The service was timely, efficient, clean.

We had an issue with slow running drains and the shower handle fell off. I called EnerCare -- Angelo came out promptly. The drains were covered by Enercare; the handle was not, but Angelo repaired both (extra, but fair price for the handle repair). Angelo is very respectful or property, putting paper slippers over his shoes; he is very pleasant and explained what the problem is -- he also saved me money as he explained he Moen warranty and told me what to ask for when I contacted them. I highly recommend Cirton Plumbing.

We had a leak under our sink on Saturday, our service co said no one could come out on Sunday, but booked us for Monday, Angelo came out on Monday, and did a great job finding and replacing the problem. We also had him install a new faucet while he was here. This was for an added fee, but was done well.

After using another plumbing company previously....who was caught over charging for work never performed (and admitted to it)...what a pleasure to have Angelo perform work in my home. He was very informative....letting me know exactly what was required to repair two shut off valves that were leaking. He was very efficient in his work and stayed to ensure there were no leaks or other safety issues once the work was completed. Made me aware of what to be on the look out for in the future. Angelo has restored my faith in the trade......that there are honest and professional plumbers and their companies out there that can be trusted and eliminate the 'fear' of calling a plumber into your house.

I called the home service company I have a contract with after finding a pool of water under the 15 year old kitchen sink. The technician that came out to the house initially batched up the brass fitting under the sink, tested for leak and left. The next day the problem occurred again. I called the home service company a second time; fortunately, Angelo from Cirton Plumbing attended the property, replaced the brass fitting under the sink and basket strainer in the sink and the problem was fixed. I was very pleased with the friendly and professional service. I highly recommend this company based on my experience. Cheers!

We had a problem with a clogged/slow drain and Angelo was sent by Enercare (we have their plumbing protection plan). The drain was a relatively easy fix for him and he was neat and tidy, laying down plastic covering on the floor and wearing booties over his workboots. During his visit, I noticed a leak from the work of another technician who came the day before. While Angelo was fixing that leak, he noticed a problem with the way our water softener was connected and corrected that problem. That was over and above what he needed to do and I really appreciated his extra efforts.

Angelo was very professional from the moment he entered my home to when he left. He explained everything he was doing not only the issue but the cause at hand. Well done.
