Quick and effective service. Serviceman opened the rain pipe to find stuck material n the pipe, emptied it , assembled pipe back , tested the drainage to see it worked . Job done.

Angelo and Mike were courteous and helpful; they wanted to ensure we were completely satisfied and that the issue was resolved.

We had to disconnect the water supply for a new fridge installation.
That evening I noticed my main shut off was leaking badly.
I called Cirton the next morning and spoke with Mike.
He said would send someone that day, and I had the water shut off by the town by 10 am.
Angelo from Cirton Plumbing had the part replaced and by 1 pm the town had turned my water back on.
Thanks for the speedy service in an emergency! However, the shut off valve was tighten by plyers (gouged) rather than wrench, and was leaking so we had to tighten it ourselves.
Had other work done soon after by Angelo again. Work done was unnecessary to fix problem of backed up basement sink. He had replaced pvc pipes under sink. Problem got worse few days later, had to call again, this time it was a weekend evening as furnace room floor was flooding. Another Cirton plumber came and he determined right away it was a clog as I originally told Angelo. Had already paid for unnecessary work done by Angelo (the gurgling sound was still there) and then pay again for the unclogging at after hours prices. Same problem both times. Should of been done right the first time and only charged once.

Ryan explained clearly what the problem was to me in layman’s terms so I could understand. He politely, quickly and efficiently repaired the issue. Thank you!

We've had ongoing issues in one of our washrooms for years. Various plumbers have come and gone. We've been told that the bathtub needs to be recaulked, we've been told the shower was leaking etc, none of which stopped the steady drip drip to the washroom below.
Today Ryan showed up and in about 3 minutes of doing some actual sensible search found the true source of the leak and even pointed out that there were two separate issues. He promptly repaired that which was repairable and gave me quotes for that which had to be replaced. He was a pleasure to deal with! Polite, intelligent, and efficient!

The Toilet tank was making very loud noises. Luckily, when the technician came he realized the problem straight away and in a professional manner he explained the problem to me and fixed it very efficiently.
