Pest Maven

When my tenants reported me they found mice/rats, this REALLY drive my crazy. It's a 5-year-old house, I haven't moved in myself because a kitchen renovation in in process. I compared a few services, someone gave cheaper price but only for 3 visits and some company can cover 8 months but not working on Sundays. Finally I'm very happy to find Pest Maven, Rob is very professional and quick response to my request. He came the next Sunday morning and inspected the whole house in and out. He found it's rats instead of mice and set up traps and block a hole(which is poorly finished by builder) In the next few weeks, 3 rats were caught and they are HUGE. Rob came back for another holes found. Now it seems OK. The weather is getting warm and the rat problem seems solved, hopefully. The good thing is Rob's warranty last one full year! Also he fixed my damaged side door hinge for free. I really appreciate it and will strongly recommend him to everyone!

This is the 3rd time that I have used Pest Maven's services. Two annual services for silverfish in an older apartment and 1 skunk relocation in a rental property. Robert the owner is friendly and very easy to work with. He always returns calls and fully explains and details his services and fees. He is prompt & reliable. His methods are as environmentally sound as possible, humane when required and very effective. I have no hesitation recommending him when considering this service.

I phoned Rob because I was hearing mice running across my ceiling at night. Although I'm on the third floor, the mice were entering my walls. There were reports from other residents that mice were climbing the stucco walls on the outside of the building.

Rob began by refilling the bait stations around the perimeter of the building. He inspected all nineteen suites; he returned 4-5 times over a five month period. He gave me advice on how to cut holes in my ceiling and set up snap traps.

I'm now mouse free! He's personable, his hours are flexible and his rates are low. I highly recommend his company 'Pest Maven'

Got a squirrel in the attic so I called PestMaven & Rob came over. Super nice guy to talk to. Was really impressed with his work, punctuality, the follow ups & the nice material he used in refitting new soffits under my roof & closing off all entry points in the house. Found out he has a degree in Biology & really knows his trade. He also took care of the problem with the pigeons sitting on the gutter ledges for a few dollars more. Now I know why everyone gives him a 10 for reviews. He did a great job for an excellent price & I would definitely use him again in the future.

We recently engaged the Pest Maven for removal of "rodents"; we cannot thank Rob enough for his swift action and subsequent follow up. As we have children/pets we did not wish to have any chemicals used nor did we wish to harm the "wildlife" - simply remove them which is what Rob did. Highly recommend.

Rob the Pest Maven has helped me with ant nest problems, rodent problems, and in preventing birds from re-nesting in the soffits under my roof (he removed the old nest and sealed up the site after the birds had left). He is smart and friendly, and he is a conscientious and efficient worker. He does nice extras that I as a home owner appreciate. For example, while he was up the ladder removing the bird's nest, he asked me to pass him a scrub brush to remove the bird poop high up on the wall. This was above and beyond what his task was, and I fully appreciated this, because I didn't want to haul out a ladder and do that myself. I have recommended Rob to a friend who had a mouse infestation. Rob repeated several visits and and didn't stop until the infestation was resolved. If you have any pest problems, I fully recommend Rob--he really is a Pest Maven!

Excellent job, very knowledgeable, very reliable. The Pest Maven has the technical background to understand the pest control issues and provide an effective, cost efficient solution. He has resolved several of our pest control issues over the past very effectively.

Rob is intelligent and well educated. His knowledge of pest control goes beyond merely spraying chemicals around. Rob maintains our rat bait stations on the corners of our property on a regular basis throughout the year. He also takes care of spraying for pesky ants yearly. And last spring, he was up in our attic and figured out an annoying wasp and fly problem. I have the confidence that I am doing what I can to do my part in keeping down an unwanted rodent population in a responsible and cost-effective manner. Plus - he's a great guy who really knows what he is doing!
