They were able to remove things or move things out of the way that I would have had to pay and get done had I gone with another company for the service. Rudolph and team worked extremely hard everyday when working and did a great job waterproofing our home. Even after the service was complete, I had a few questions and Anatoliy took the initiative to come out to my home and answer/explain things to me in person. We had a leak in the basement that was stemming from a crack in the exterior wall. We called Royal Work, they came and assessed the situation and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. They came in a few days later and repaired the crack from the exterior. Rudolph was very professional and did an excellent job, and left the exterior clean. We had a heavy rainfall yesterday and no leak. Thank you Royal Work.

We had a wet basement in February. We consulted 3 companies to find out the source of water and only Anatoliy could explained what going on was. Then I got estimates from 2 companies for the job. Again, Anatoliy not only gave us the best price but also considered about the cosmetic part of the finishing while other company suggested we should need a pump with exposed drain pipe in the middle of our basement...

RW installed interior basement waterproofing. They were very quick, EXTREMELY clean and tidy, and responsive. There were a couple of hiccups on this job. Each time, they responded quickly and sorted it to my satisfaction.
