This company was the fastest and gave us the best quote. Our basement was small but the workers still managed to install waterproofing membrane on a wall and a new sump pump addition, There was no damage and overall great service

These guys were easy to communicate with, they came by our construction site right away, they actually did it twice in order to get us an accurate quote. they answered all our questions quickly ...even though most of our questions arose after regular working hours. The work started with no delay (they worked in the winter ) and finished on time. There were no surprising charges at the end of the project. Will definitely use them again !

We had hired Royal work Corp to solve a waterproofing issue at the corner of our basement. We had waterproofing service done for 2 walls and overall the service was great. The guys worked to my schedule, quickly, no hassle, and the entire area was cleaned after all the work had been done. I would definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family.

Description: After recent storms I had wet drywall in my basement. Me and my wife have discovered a leak. Once a contractor took off the drywall we discovered cracks in our walls that water was dripping out of. After calling Royal work Corp. they had offered us a great price and 25 year warranty. We hired them and loved their service.

I am a real estate investor. Has I was renovating my latest home I purchased , it was brought to my attention , that I had water penetrating one side of the foundation wall.
I thought , Oh No ….this will cost a lot of money and I already spent a lot in my renovations. I received price quotes from other contractors and for some reason I did not feel comfortable.
A co-worker recommended I call Royal Work Corp., for an assessment and quotation. I met Anatolly from Royal Work. He arrived on time and I felt within a few minutes very comfortable speaking with him.
He explained exactly what he was going to do and did not try to sell me on more work that was not required. I hired him on the spot. He waterproofed the foundation wall , was very punctual and professional . At the completion of the work he presented to me a 25 Year Waterproofing Warranty!
I would not hesitate to use Royal Work again , and I highly recommend this company to anyone that requires basement waterproofing.

We recently saw that this company was working on multiple houses in our are so we decided to waterproof our home as a precaution. Royal work had great quality service for a low price, they even gave us a great deal on a new sump pump in case there was ever a flood again

We had our basement waterproofed from the outside. Royal Works had one of the lowest quotes, but the quality of work was superb. I did some reference checks prior to the work, and all came back very positive.

The guys who did the work were from Eastern Europe, and for most of them, English was not their first language. However, they were extremely courteous, and always respectful, and somehow, we were always able to communicate without any problems. When they left in the evenings, they left the work at a point that would not cause any problems (one night, during the work period, it rained, but they had sufficiently protected the work they had done to not cause any problems).

One more point is worth mentioning. They had to waterproof below my back deck. It was too hard to get underneath, so they cut a few planks from the deck...but they replaced it well enough that it cannot be seen unless you knew and were looking for the cut. A few days after they finished the work, it again rained very hard. I noticed some water had accumulated below the deck, close to the edge of the house. I mentioned it to them, and asked if they can change the grade so that it goes away from the house. Two days later, they had come back and done that - they had removed the planks again, re-graded, and even put in a window well, and then replaced the planks...all at no additional cost.

I highly recommend these guys - they are proud of the work they do, and they stand behind the work. And, they were not focused on advertising their work either...most other waterproofing companies will make sure the company sign is planted on your front lawn from before the work starting to well after the work finishes. I think Royal Work had their sign up for one or two days out of a 5 day job. Overall, highly recommended.
