Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

We had some serious water gathering in the basement of our 100 year old home. We needed new piping, waterproofing, sealing up an old door where mud was flowing in, a sump pump and backwater valve.

With our first baby due in days, Anatoily and his team made the process extremely easy. As the Royal Work team went through the process they walked us through every step, were clean, efficient and professional. We even gained a few inches of height once the new floor was poured!

Royal Work has been a pleasure to deal with. They waterproofed the entire perimeter of my home including one section that required internal waterproofing. They installed a sump pump and assisted with paperwork for the City rebate. They expanded a drain system to keep water away from my home and repaired some foundation flaws. And their cement work on the walkway was excellent. All of this was completed at a competitive price and they were a pleasure to deal with. And boy do they work HARD despite summer heat and frigid winter temperatures. This is an outstanding company and I have recommended them throughout my neighbourhood.

I had a clogged drain in the basement where water was coming out . I called few contractors but they were not sure what causing the issue but when I spoke to Eugene Kushmarak from Royal Work Corp, he figured out the problem right away. The price he quoted was the cheapest in the market. Eugene performed the job in a very professional manner. I will definitely call him again for any future work.

The team did an amazing job, all the issues were fixed. I had an issue with the leakage of the water through the basement windows...apparently the proper drainage was never installed by the builder... Royal Work team installed the drainage, waterproofed the exterior wall...job was done highly professional. Strongly recommended.

We are very happy to have Edgar's team to come to fixed someone else messy job. We had water leaking problem from a concrete job done in our backyard few months ago from another company, and it was a disaster that the water was pouring to the basement from the windows every times it rains. Royal Works had done a great job not only to fix the problem, but to waterproof the entire exterior to prevent future issues.

Edgar had given me some great suggestions that other companies didn't, such as to complete the job with with filling concrete outside of the window brackets and slope out away from the house to avoid water runs back into the house.

In addition, their team is very professional not only the job was completed as discussed or quoted, but also very courtesy.

Thank you guys for an outstanding job! After sudden non stop rains we got basement wall leakage, after the guys inspected it appeared to be a wall crack. They presented an awesome job by sealing the crack with a proper equipment, now everything looks great. I would suggest them to everyone.
