Basement interior waterproofing

We have been having basement flooding issues for the past 3 years - typically at the spring thaw. This year was no different and we had flooding again. I finally realized I needed to bite the bullet and waterproof from the interior as out house is on the property line. I called multiple waterproofing companies in an attempt to ensure I was getting a fair price for the work. Anatoliy came to do an inspiration and estimate. He was honest and direct. We hired Royal Work Corp to do the work. Andrew and the crew arrived to do the work on a Friday. They were professional, clean, and efficient. In and out in one day. I was very impressed and would gladly recommend them for waterproofing work in the future.

Exterior basement waterproofing

Waterproofing review in Toronto

We hired Royal Work to waterproof the outside of one side of our concrete block foundation and install a weeping tile and sump pump. We were very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. The finished product looks great and we look forward to the peace of mind of not having to worry about basement leaks any more.
We would definitely recommend their services and would have them back if we needed any more work done.

Basement leaking

Fire & Water Damage Restoration review in Toronto

This winter was long with record snow. In Feb there was a day that temperature suddenly rised up to 12°C. Our basement started to get wet. We were mopping non-stop till 4 am in the morning. Called the insurance company their contractor came and couldn't find the crack. Then another Sunday with temperature went up to 5° it starts leaking again. Finally called Royal Work. Anatoliy came and gave a thorough checked with a detailed quote. We found him trustworthy and reasonably priced. Andrew and the crew came digged up from outside, waterproof our foundation, replaced the 'tube' and put back soil and granite on top. So far there is not more water leak with the spring temperature.

Sump Pump battery back-up installation

Called Royal Work to install a battery back-up system for my sump pump, as I was concerned about the power going out during a wind storm. Called Anatoly on a Sunday, he said he would have someone there at 9am the next day.

Andrew arrived on time, was polite, courteous and took the time to explain what he was doing and how everything worked once it was installed.

Professional job done. I would recommend Royal Work (and Andrew) to anyone.

Exterior waterproofing

We had a home inspection done recently and our inspector noticed some water damage on the exterior walls of our house. We called some waterproofing companies, but some of them didn’t respond and one of them even suggested us getting a general contractor to do the job! However, Anatoliy from Royal Work came out right away. He did a thorough examination of the house, both interior and exterior. He started work the very next day and his team did an incredible job! We will be getting him back in the spring to do more waterproofing in the backyard . Look no further! This company does stellar work and you won’t be disappointed!
