Royal Work Corp. Waterproofing

Our sewage backed up last year through the basement floor drains. We had it cleared and were shown some large roots that had gone through the pipe in our front yard.
After getting several quotes from plumbers - from 8k - 12k we decided to hold off for a year and have the pipe cleared every other month.
Anatoliy arrived and located the pipe and quoted us 1/4 of the other quotes. They had good reviews so we went ahead with them.
They dug down around 11 or 12 feet, located the pipe and fixed it. The next day I had Anatoliy come back and show me the fix and we saw the same root in the pipe. It turns out the guys fixed my water drain pipe and the sewage pipe was under it. They came back the next day and fixed it.
They are great workers, honest and reliable.

We had a severe mold problem in a cold storage room below our back deck. After using a sub-par mold removal company Anatoliy and his team came in and removed the remaining mold, properly back-filled the room and poured concrete, installed a sump pump and waterproofed. His quote was the most expensive but he was the only person who seemed to understand the problem (the room had not been built properly) and was able to fix issues, not just waterproof.

The team was quick, friendly and thorough. After the job was completed there was still condensation and Anatoliy returned to help us trouble shoot. We were happy with this work and would recommend.

Anatoliy came to my home on a visit for a general assessment (no cost), he ran the snack camera in my pipes in the basement to check the drainage (no cost), gave me his recommendation. I hired him and his team to install a backflow valve in my basement. I believe it took them about 5-6 hours to complete, and they cleaned up afterwards. I'm very pleased with their work and efforts, and the cost was I think very reasonable and competitive.
