At first we loved the countertop in our new finished basement kitchen. Despite the delivery man damaging our walls, we thought we would look past that since we finally recieved our countertop.
This was in Oct. And now in Jan we discovered a crack that started off small at were the seams are joined. We contacted Marbletown immediately. They said they would contact the supplier and the supplier came to inspect.
After the inspection the supplier clearly stated that there was a chip on the material already which resulted in growing crack. He said it could've been during the delivery or installation. Because where the two seams are joined and where the crack is very thin. The chipping continues along the side of where the two seams meet.
Now I receive an email from Marbletown indicating that they are not responsible and if we want that they will said someone to repair crack for a fee.
How ridiculous!!? The countertop was installed poorly and now we are to blame. Not to mention Ardy states that we should've called if there was a chip in the seamed when installed. How the heck am I to know that a little chip were the seam is would have such an outcome.
They have not called me back or answered their phones when attempted to speak to someone.
This is by far the worst customer service I've received and I would not recommend anyone doing business with them.

I am very happy with the work that Marble Town did for me! Marble town did a great job with the installation as well. I would most definitely recommend to others!

The job they did was fantastic! Their prices are great and there service is very good. I found this company through referrals from a friend who had used them before.

They installed the counter top for our kitchen. They did a very good job. I found out about this company through my father in law's friend who is a contractor. They did have to come back to also install a thing on the floor between the wood and tile. The only thing is the counter, when sitting on the floor, has a space between the counter and wood. I notice this because I have young kids.

They supplied, manufactured, and installed granite counter tops. They used different types of materials such as Cort and Cedar Stone. I was very happy with the final result and they were good their scheduling. They did what they promised and made it work! They were great and I am so happy with their service.

We were dealing with a pretty small kitchen area. We were remodelling and did not want to compromise on what we wanted for the counter top. Other places told us not to bother, but the people at Marble Town were happy to customize and give us what we were hoping for.
They came once to survey the area and take measurements, then the next time I saw them they were installing. Their crew were super nice and respectful of our space, after they left it was as if they hadn't even been there. We were just left with a beautiful kitchen counter!
Very happy with their service and would highly recommend them to anyone.

We went to 4 other places for countertops quotes and found all of them to be overpriced, until we heard about Marbletown and our search ended right there! They offered the best price, selection, and customer service hands down! We are extremely happy with the countertop install in our kitchen and three bathrooms and it only took 3 hours to complete. I don't normally write reviews but we are just so happy with everything from start to finish. Ardy at the office was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Installers were awesome! They are a great team...young, professional and hardworking. Marbletown excedeed our expectations. I have already recommended Marbletown to a few family and friends and will continue to...you won't be disappointed!!

Would definitely not recommend Marbletown to potential customers!
The installation of our quartz kitchen counter top was great I will give them that but as for customer service and satisfying the customer I would rate them 0!
Approximately 2 months after the installation the surface of the slab started to have black marks appear down one side. We contacted the installer Marbletown and after numerous calls they finally came to take a look. After trying to remove the marks without success Marbletown indicated that there were going to contact the manufacturer TCE to come and take a look or we could also contact them ourselves??? Why should we be contacting the manufacturer this should be seamless to us the customer. We hired Marbletown and they contracted the manufacturer to provide the slab. TCE came to our house and we were not satisfied with the response this individual provided to us. They did not even bring a charged camera / phone to take pictures. After a number of e-mails they indicated that it was not their responsibility but we had done something to the slab…now I ask how could that be since the marks went straight down the length of one side. Today the marks are worse and are appearing all over the slab!
The response from TCE was not satisfactory to us so the owner of Marbletown finally came to look at the slab and agreed that there was a problem with the slab. It almost looks like the slab is deteriorating.
He attempted to contacted TCE and was not getting a response, finally TCE responded indicating that it was not their problem and would not be responsible for the slab, Marbletown indicating the same that they would not pay for it!
How poor is that!
Would not recommend and I am now trying to decide my next steps small claims court or the better business bureau!

Marble Town has done an excellent job on installing the granite kitchen counter for me. Their people took their time to do the installation. Also, when the technican arrvied, he asked me a few times whether I am sure to use the old faucet. He recommended to use a new faucet and advised me which stores have the faucet on Sale. I was so pleased to listen to his advise and purchase a new faucet. And my granite counter looks so NICE with the new faucet. Great Company with Great Job!
