Jamie and Pam are absolute gems - the nicest, most hardworking people you will meet!! Hire them!! After Pam came to do the initial measuring for the quote (and promptly got it to us the very next day) we decided to hire Jamie to remove the popcorn texture and flatten the ceilings on the 2nd floor of our home (3 bedrooms, office, 2 bathrooms). Not only do the ceilings look AMAZING, Jamie noticed some wall defects and in my kids rooms and skimmed those at no charge. Both Pam and Jamie are excellent at communicating what to expect and when and are super approachable and easy to talk to with any questions or concerns. Jamie takes pride in his work and it's evident he is passionate about what he does - he went over a tricky area in our en suite a few times to make sure it looked perfect. Pam and Jamie treated my husband, kids and I with the utmost respect and took time to clean up when the project was complete. My kids looked forward to seeing Jamie to chat as he engaged with them as well! Their prices are extremely fair and their work ethic is above and beyond. Called Jaime for a quick repair to an unexpected hole in our drywall. We were under pressure to get it fixed quickly, and Pam and Jaime fit us in around other jobs, even though Jaime had to make 4 trips to our house to repair and paint the large area. Job was completed in 2 days and it looks beautiful - you can't tell there was ever a large hole!

We found both Pam and Jaime personable and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this company!!

Jaime and team have exceeded my expectations. The ceiling texturing was impeccable and the walls are flat/straight and worthy to be in a luxury magazine or tv show. If you are considering to do this yourself or by amateurs, forget it! Just hire a true and long time professional, Jaime, it will be worth every dollar. I’m so glad I did and as an added bonus there wasn’t any dust so I ended up saving hundreds of dollars on furnace cleaning costs.

What a wonderful couple. Pam and Jamie were wonderful to work with. We had a water leak damaging both a wall as well as ceiling. The job was done very efficiently and to perfection. Jamie replaced drywall, skimmed the ceiling and did a beautiful job of the new knockdown. Absolutely thrilled with the outcome. From the beginning of the process to the very end, both Pam and Jamie were excellent to deal with. The qoute was bang on and Jamie did a fabulous job repairing our ceiling and the bathroom door frame. Jamie is professional, kind and effiecient. I have no hesitation recommending his services. Awesome job. Jamie took a lot of care and attention to ensure quality work. The job was finished quickly and mess free. Overall we would definitely recommend Jamie and use him again.

Initially the ceiling looked great. A transformation of a popcorn to flat ceiling is dramatic and flaws were not initially apparent. When I reinstalled the ceiling fans I noted that the ceiling was not finished to the ceiling box. Also most of the corners are pretty rough looking.
The paint job on the wall has blistered in every room. I contacted Jamie about the ceiling and the blistering paint he didn't respond so I contacted Pam twice and she said (about the walls):
"That is not from Jamie’s work. Jamie did do great job. Depending on what paint is underneath it may cause that to happen.
We are no longer in Calgary, we have moved to Atlantic Canada."

So not responsible and have moved anyway. This really disappoints me as they seemed like the sort of contractors that would stand behind their work.
