The process of inspection was professional, efficient, clean and in this case, productive. The service tech, Lloyd, was focused and detailed. The results gave us information that will have saved us money and headaches. His willingness to follow up with further evaluation to cover areas that were, at the time, not accessible, was a statement of his dedication ... and much appreciated. I would absolutely use this service again!

The inspection was thourough with colour pictures. Also the inspector came back after we remediated a moisture issue to re-check with an infared instrument. This post check was free. We were excited that it was 100% dry. This was because we followed the inspectors moisture mediation instructions to a tee.

The inspection was extremely through and every detail was gone over with us and explained. Was very impressed with the service and the quality of work. Great experience.

Shawn was our Inspector and he was absolutely wonderful. He gave us objective and concise information in terms that we could understand. He was helpful and knowledgeable in all questions we asked him and was patient with us.
