We had two floor rugs that were absolutely filthy and stained from years of use. Persian Rug Specialists (Joe) picked up our rugs for free the next day after I called them and in 1 week delivered back two brand new looking rugs. We are very pleased with the results and reasonable price to clean both.

We have had a Persian rug hanging in our home for many years. We did not know much about it other than it had been in our family for many many years. We decided to have it cleaned before we passed it on to our son. Persian Rug Service had a convincing web site, when we were looking for someone to do the cleaning. They informed us of the history of the making of the rug and poor condition it was in through our lack of knowledge of rug care. The dyes in the rug had been turning to powder and would come off on your hand by running it over the surface. They were willing to give it gentle loving care in an attempt to recover what was possible. We opted to replace the fringe with the proper silk to match the silk rug and have a hanger sleeve added. In the end the rug has essentially been returned to like new condition thanks to their expertise.

They explained the process thoroughly and began their work. We were amazed with the result once we received the 2 rugs back from service. For years we were unable to remove the stains and were afraid to try anything as it may ruin the product.
