Nate and crew did this project in a professional manner from estimating, following up my requirements, scheduling and execution. They came on time without delays and respectful and polite in dealing with me. I am so satisfied with the outcome of this project. It was a pleasure working with General Concrete Ltd. on replacing my patio and driveway. I was impressed with the professionalism of Nate and his team and the care they took in removing the previous concrete/asphalt and providing a quality base for the new concrete patio and driveway. The team made a strong effort to ensure my design requests for the curved patio were respected along with the need to install a new sump and drain tile and to also create a level platform for a future small garden shed. Nate answered my many questions patiently and competently, and provided regular updates on the timing of various stages of the project. Nate went out of his way to address a few small items that needed attention. The team was respectful and left the site clean and tidy each day.

From my initial inquiry to the end of the project General concrete did an amazing job. Nate was there every step of the way from the quoting process right through communicating to the end of the project. I have worked with many different contractors in the past and this was by far the easiest process I have undertaken. It only took one call to make it all happen. The concrete work looks amazing and the sidewalks have been restored to their former glory. The pricing was also very competitive and there were no surprises at the end of the day.
