ROI Renovations was absolutely outstanding. They have completed two jobs for us recently, all work was outstanding, they were on time, cleanly and fairly priced.

We have already started planning our next renovation and ROI contracting will be heading up that project as well.

A great company...Jim and his crew carried out a complex design- build job in our Richmond Hill, Ontario. Canada home....Mechanical..electrical...plumbing, floor and wall tiling, partitions,new cabinets, and finishing...Great communicators..skillful and thoughtful.(they use only top grade materials) A true throw-back to the days when tradesmen worked hard to make people happy..The work-site was cleaned daily (job was finished on time) and we are delighted with the results...

ROI Renos provided a fair quote and the work they provided was what we had expected. Jim & Jim are punctual, friendly and professional. Their tiling was fantastic! They kept the job site clean. I would HIGHLY recommend them and look forward to using them again for future projects.

They were very proffessional. Finishes were very neat. All work done to my satisfaction. They did not try to take advantage of me when the scope of the work changed. I will definitely use them again.

We had a lot of odd-jobs that we wanted to get done before we list our house for sale, and Jim was more than willing to do the work we just didn't want to do. He put up new drywall, did lots of patching and he laid new flooring in our living room, among other things.
It looks so good, its a shame we have to leave!

Jim and Jim were absolutely fantastic. They were punctual and professional. They were very accommodating on any changes to the schedule that had to be made. They were extremely clean and the job was perfect! I would definitely hire them again for any future renos.

Absolutely top-notch in quality of workmanship, cleanliness, communicating with us in detail as to what was needed and how the project was progressing. Always courteous and jovial, their work ethic and attitude are ideal: you couldn't imagine a better experience.

Customer service at its finest!!! Jim kept in contact with us through out the reno. If he told my fiancé something, he would make sure to call me to make sure I knew what was going on as well. (my fiancé and I work opposite shifts)
Jim and his helpers, came and went without disruption to us. They cleaned up every day so there was no inconvenience. We actually changed our reno while they were working , and Jim was completely accommodating.
Now having said all that great stuff about customer service. Jim's work is top notch. I have already referred R.O.I to my step son. And we have work already in mind for next year. We will absolutely be calling R.O.I.
Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Jim and his company. We have decided now that basement bathroom is the nicest room in our house lol.

Current toilet was thought to be leaking (not properly secured to the floor) and floor tiles were popping off the floor. Jim came over for a quote. He inspected everything thoroughly and easily identified the problem areas and how to fix them. Since he said the tub was in good shape we went ahead with a gut job of the floors, vanity and toilet with a new coat of paint.
Jim was accurate as to how long the job would take and kept me informed daily of the progress being made.
Job site was kept clean and safe every night.
They didn't rush the job and made sure it was done right. Things were given the right time to dry/set before moving ahead to the next thing. All the way along they were thinking of the longevity of the job. Something I really appreciated .
I was home during the day and felt really comfortable with Jim and his crew working on my house. They are real jems and can't say enough good things!
