I purchased appliances on December 16th 2021, it was 5 piece set of Samsung washer, drier, refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher. Once I got my delivery at unexpected time I installed my appliances by myself next (except dishwasher because I needed some parts to install) day of delivery and find out that drier was not working at all and control panel glass was broken so I called store to let them know and then they offered me technician to have a look at it, I said I need exchange or refund because driers controllers screen had a crack as shown in pictures. So finally after a week making hundreds of calls they replaced my drier so when delivery driver came to pickup defected drier I showed him damages on dishwasher and told him that it doesn’t work either and called store, they gave me another offer to send technician on January 4th,2022 and I asked them for replacement and not to make me wait for long after that they started ignoring my calls. I visited their store to make everything clear with store owner Sultan, he said they will give me similar dishwasher or I have to wait till mid of February which was too late then I asked for refund which he agreed with, and then he got defective dishwasher pickup on Sunday January 1st, 2022. I was expecting refund as soon they received dishwasher but that wasn’t happened. I called store on Monday they said banks are closed so it will take 48 hours to process refund, I waited for couple days and called store that I still havee received my refund. Every time they were saying that it’s been processed wait for another 48 hours so finally on Friday January 07th, 2022 I got a call at 6pm from store that they don’t have my right card number which was not true I gave them my card number again and then after 2 minutes I got my refund of $1186 it was very bad experience dealing with such people which don’t care about their customer and their referrals. I don’t think anybody will go for shopping second time from their store and recommend someone to go. It was very bad experience and a huge mistake that I bought appliances from these guys for my new house. Please go to repetitive store. Don’t waste your time just to save couple hundred bucks pay extra if you need to get piece of mind. I hope Bramton TV and appliances read my review and maybe try to be a good human and their employees get some sense and get a good job instead so they don’t have to liee or provide false information.
