Third time calling Andy, and third time completely satisfied with response time, service, and price. Had a very stubborn clogged double kitchen sink that I snaked myself, to no avail. Called Manon and was thrilled that Andy could show up same day. He called to keep me up to date on his arrival and showed up as promised. He spent close to two hours on the job and found the clog much further into the system than I could have ever dealt with. Had it fixed in a jiffy, gave us advice for the future, and charged exactly what was quoted.

Manon and Andy run a professional operation and I have absolutely no reluctance to recommend them for any plumbing issue. Now part of my speed dial list.

I had a plugged drain last year and received great service from Andrew and Manon so I called them again for a sewer backup. Andrew showed up at our house in less than 2 hours and had the sewer unplugged in about an hour. He also had a look at the sewer pipes with his remote camera and assured me that everything was good down the pipe. One of the joints had some roots coming in which he figured were from the neighbour's poplar tree. He figured that there shouldn't be an issue for at least 5 to 10 years. I would not hesitate to call Ducky's again. I am 100% satisfied.

I am looking at buying a old house and was advised on doing a camera inspection. Being journeyman plumber myself I have seen many main sewer lines with issues. I do not have access to a camera to do a inspection on the sewer. I had Ducky's drain do some cleaning before so gave them a call. The tech put a camera down the line and ended up finding a broken sewer and the main waterline which was also broken was spraying into the sewer line. After all said and done the main sewer and water line replacement needed up cost 12,000 to do. If it wasn't for Ducky's Drains that would of been a cost that my family would of had to come up with.

I've hired Duckys Drains three times now - once for inspection, once for minor repair, and once for water tank replacement. Each time Andrew has been great to deal with and happy to help answer any minor questions. Very honest and hard working.

Not the cheapest Calgary plumber, but you get what you pay for - quality and friendly service that's usually within the appointment window.

This is the second time we have used Ducky's Drains and will not be the last time.

I read the reveiws on this site at the last minute before nearly hiring someone else off Kijiji. All I can say is make it 137/137 10/10- would rate 12/10 if possible.

Andy's camera snake to look in the drain was amazing, and if I had waited and extra week to call it would have flooded for sure!

Definitely will be a repeat customer and recomend Ducky's to all my friends and neighbours or anyone who experiences plumbing or drain issues.
