Reliable Roofers

These guys are GREAT! Came to me as a referral and I had to make sure the first thing I did was check their HomeStars reviews. After seeing happy client after happy client I gave them a call. We setup an appointment and in 15 min I had pricing and a contract signed. They were completely upfront and honest. Let me know exactly what the issues were with my current roof and what would need to change. Invited me onto the roof to see exactly which sheets of plywood would need replacing and the end result is one I'm extremely satisfied with! Can not recommend their service enough!! Keep up the great work!!!

I called Reliable Roofers to repair some damage caused by raccoons or squirrels. Alex came promptly, on a rainy day, and completed the job to my total satisfaction. The price quoted was very reasonable. Communication was very efficient. Alex is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. This company does roofing and also animal control. I highly recommend Reliable Roofers to anyone needing a new roof or roof repairs.

Alex is a great roofer. My roof was damaged recently due to extreme wind conditions. Alex came by, reviewed the damage and gave me an reasonable quote. He completed the repairs the same day and was able to match the colors of my existing shingles. He even inspected my roof for other loose shingles. Attached photo is an example of before and after from one area that was damaged. Alex is my go-to for any roof work I may need in the future.

We originally had Alex come out and provide us an estimate for what looked like shingles curling. Our roof is only 16 years old. But Alex explained that they were not the best quality and why they went bad. He also provided us with a very detailed estimate for a replacement. We did choose his company for the job mainly because of his knowledge and the quality and warranty that was promised.

This winter we had some dripping in our top floor bedroom. After reaching out to Reliable Roofers Alex was quick to come out. He sounded knowledgeable and we gave him the job. We haven't had any issues since and we know who to call if we have any.

Alex and his team were such a pleasure to deal with! Honest, timely, hard working, respectful. Their quality of work was great - would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

I called many Roofing contractors and none would come as fast as Alex. Rain was coming and my roof was exposed to water.
They came on time and since then I've had no problems Great service

I reached out to Reliable Roofers (Dan) and they responded back within a day.
I had contacted many other roofing companies as well.
Many had some interesting quotes and prices (I had one quote me to do the whole roof for $24K) and some saying that's it's fine. When I asked about venting to others, they said to do the whirly birds and others said to do the solar vents. After some research, I settled on the Ventilation Maximum vents based on reviews, research and reliability. Dan was honest, trustworthy and had no preference as long as I was happy with what was installed.
His price was fair, reasonable for the job that needed to be done (replace a portion of the lower roof beside a chimney that was affected by ice damage - January Icestorm).
Installed the membrane, ice shield and shingles along with 2 vents.
After confirming a date/time for the job, Dan and his team arrived early to get started.
They kept the place clean, always were considerate of the debris and thankful for the nourishments (water/food) as it was a hot day while they worked.

During their job, they found an area that needed venting (previous homeowner reno) and suggested to add a vent to allow the heat from the dryer to vent out to reduce the heat in that space. I agreed and was happy they were honest with informing me and keeping me in the loop. They shared pictures and were very forthcoming on any issues or concerns.

Throughout the installation, they were amazing, hardworking and top quality in the rebuild.
After they finished, the area was clean, no nails, no debris, and left the space as it was before they started.
Happy and proud of their work, quality and work ethic.
