Reliable Roofers

We finally did some long overdue renovations on our house. We started with replacing the roof before doing the interior. Chose ReliableRoofers because of the way everything was explained in detail.almost 8 months goes by and i get a call from Alex (the owner) asking how things are and to let us know that the company has a new warranty policy. Im thinking here we go again. When Alex explained that the new warranty is 12 years instead of 10 and this includes past customers, i couldnt beleive my ears. The owner calls us and increases our warranty. Im wondering now, is good service really coming back or is it just this company. I hope other contractors read this post and learn something.

Reliable Roofers has Excellent workmanship! The roof was completed on time, and they left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived! Extremely friendly and approachable hard working men. My expectations were exceeded, and I recommended anyone who needs there roof redone or just repairs to go with Relaiable Roofers.

It was really nice getting a call this spring from their office making sure that evening is ok. Even though we did the roof in fall everything looks great and we are extremely happy with the service. And getting this follow up call ensured us that we in fact chose the right company for our roof.

First and foremost, I would like to thank Alex for the phenomenal work he completed. Alex is an extremely dedicated worker, from the minute he came to price the job right on time to finishing the job perfectly, not to mention leaving a spotless job sight when he was finished. It's hard to find workers like Alex today, with his passion and 110% effort. I will definitely use him for future jobs and I STRONGLY recommend Alex for your next roofing job!

It was him given us a huge smile at the end of the job.
He is young but did old fashion way that is the way this kind of job supposed to be done. He will be successful in his business.

My insurance company told me I needed to change the roof on my rental property. It was important to me to find a company with a great reputation since I live outside the GTA. I drove into town and met with Alex. He is an honest, everyman sort of guy. Very likeable. I liked the fact that they offer a good warranty and gave me a good package for both roof and eaves.

My son came by last summer and pointed out that my roof was starting to crumble. I knew it had to be done before winter so i started my quest to find a company to do this job. I had 4 quotes in total and chose Alex and Haris. I felt very comfortable with them. They didnt ask for any money up front as did 2 of the 4 companies did. They promised me no suprises because this was my main concern. They even added a few extra vents which was much appreciated. I am very satisfied with their work and how polite all the workers were.

Thank you Alex for a splendid job done on our roof. The guys were wonderful. The job was done before winter as promised and the cleanup was great. Would highly recommend you to family and friends.

We called several roofers and Alex was the only one that came out when we called and explained what he would do and then asked our questions. We felt comfortable with him as he put no pressure on our decision. We had a little communication problem but with Alex he looked at the issue and made plans for fixing. We still have one thing that will be left until spring but have no worries that he will come through. If he doesn't he knows he will hear from me. I think Alex is one of the few left who will own up to a problem and fix it with you. Does not take his money until you are satisfied.
