Said I would do a review and promptly forgot for a repair in July 2015.
Responded quickly to my phone call and came by within a few hours. Good job, quick and efficient. Very happy.

Mr. Sagoo was professional, quick and efficient. Called in the morning about fridge not working he came in the afternoon with all parts and had it up and running in no time. Highly recommend this company.Thank you.

Dryer wouldn't start. Came within two hours of calling. Had all the parts on hand, replaced the bearings, cleaned out the dryer and was on his way within 45 minutes. Can't ask for much more.

The washer was pooched. Mr. Sagoo came when he said he would, had all the parts with him and although nobody likes the bill...was pleasant, professional and we were up and running in no time.

They were able to fix draining issue (clogged line) however they created a new problem.. Linking under dishwasher. They have been called over 6 times and each time they say they are coming to fix... They have yet to come... No professional integrity...would not recommend

My family and I have been dealing with City Appliance for 30 years. We appreciate the professional and friendly service. The work has always been done to our satisfaction. We also appreciate the honest advice we get. Thanks for getting our dishwasher working again!

Washer not draining. Sagoo apparently cleaned pump and charged $210.00. Two weeks later, which was next time washer was used it made a lot of noise. Second wash, made noise and stopped 1/2 way through draining. Managed to get going again and get it to drain, called Sagoo to come fix, as obviously was not fixed. This was within the 30 day warranty on labor. Which he refused to honor. He was very rude, told us to get somebody else and hung up the phone. We will not patronizing his attitude and business again. We are sadly disappointed and feel we have been taken advantage of. In our opinion this is not a reputable business.

Fantastic service...came by on Saturday at 6pm. Polite, fast, effective and very reasonably prcied. I think it's hard to find this type of service today. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone who needs an appliance repaired.

Fridge making clicking noise.

Replaced mother board.
Repair was very quick.
Serviceman very nice.
Price was a bit higher than we were expecting.
Overall good experience.
