Wright Restoration

I had a major leak from my homes main floor kitchen sink that rapidly leaked to the basement. It caused damage to half the basement ceiling. I called a plumber right away however the damage to the ceiling was extensive and this was the 2nd leak from the kitchen in 6 months. I was concerned there was mold as the water was not drying as rapidly as I had hoped.
I started researching companies online and decided to call Wright Restorations & Contracting Inc. as the reviews were great. My call was answered quickly. The next day, one of the co-owners Peter B. came out to give an estimate. He was prompt and very knowledgeable . He assessed the damage and detailed how long the job would take and the cost if mold was found. Peter was not pushy and very forthcoming with his knowledge. He conveyed that no matter which company I went with, he wanted me to make the best decision for me and I appreciated this. After meeting with Peter, I decided to have his company do the job. When work was started, mold was found and real time pictures were shown to me to confirm. A thorough process for mold remediation occurred with poly containment, negative air pressure/air scrubber machines and trained technicians to do the job. I felt at ease that Peter was overseeing all the work. The work was done on time with a thorough clean up and the estimated price given prior to the job was on point after completion. I was concerned about possible mold contamination in my basement. Peter was the first to respond to my HomeStars request. He and his colleague came to my home on short notice and were very courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. No mold was detected after a visual inspection, but Peter suggested next steps if I still had concerns. There was no charge for the visit. I would not hesitate to hire Peter for any future work and would highly recommend him to others.

Due to a previous owner painting the soffits (lack of ventilation) and some roofing nails coming out (water damage) I had to replace the roof and install vents. The general contractor recommended Wright Restorations to inspect and treat any mold issues.

Peter Burthwright explained the process to me before beginning. The work was done efficiently and followed up to ensure it's success. As a woman I also like the fact that he's an equal opportunity employer with female staff.

Excellent work inside and out of the house. Very good price, compared to other companies. We had a little bit complication while working on the waterproofing, but the guys handle it very professionally. I would definitely recommend Wright Restoration to anyone, who needs there help.
