We decided to have everything replaced and after receiving a few quotes, we decided to go with Scott and Energy Clean. Reason? The price was very reasonable and the quality of Trane which in my opinion is one of the best out there. The installation went very smooth and the crew was very efficient and helpful. I recommend these guys hands down and we're very satisfied with our purchase!

Our old furnace stopped working in March. We went a couple of months without head so we could research and do our due diligence. We looked at 4 different brands and chose Trane. The online reviews were excellent. When Scott called us the first time, we were impressed right away. Extremely professional and knowledgeable, Scott never disappointed. We needed an AC unit for our new home and weren't entirely sure of the process. Scott sat down with us and worked through the numbers and assessed the space on what type of unit was needed. He gave us full disclosure on the pros and cons of different machines and challenged us on whether we needed a certain model (ended up saving us some money). This genuine approach made it extremely easy to work with Energy Clean. Most communication went through email and was quick with responses to questions. The team demonstrated good technical knowledge and the job was done professionally and cleanly. My existing furnace (through builder) was on its last legs. Did some research and found Energy Clean through the Baeumler Approved website (http://www.baeumlerapproved.ca/).
Spoke to Scott who gave me information and pricing on various options for replacing my furnace. All of the options were competitive for equivalent models from other companies I spoke with. He worked with me to find a furnace solution within my budget.
He was responsive and always answered my technical questions.
Installation was done by a qualified HVAC technician. It went smooth and any issues were resolved in a timely manner.

After getting many quotes for a/c installation and being we're uncomfortable with the 'contractors' I was very pleased to meet Scott. We purchased a brand new home, and needed an AC unit. We wanted a high end unit due to the various benefits in the long run. After being referred by a family member who purchase an AC from Energy Clean, and comparing the offer and service package to other AC providers in the GTA, we chose to move forward with Scott. He was very accomodating with his appointments, and was very promt and timely with his communication. Most importantly with pricing, he put his best foot forward, and had the best pricing around. The install went great, and was clean and simple, as his installer had around 30 years of HVAC experience. I would highly recommend Energy Clean to others.
