George Lyon, and his crew led by Oleg, were friendly and professional to deal with. Communication from the point of contact, through the estimation phase and then to schedule the work was very good, and they are true to their scheduled appointment times.
Oleg and crew worked hard to complete the job, minimizing impact to my neighbours. They cleaned up everything and left my property and my next door neighbour's driveway clean of debris, nails, etc. I'm very satisfied with the work and would recommend them highly.

I had a very and I mean very difficult roofing job. My house is a row house built in 1882 and since that time, no one had removed any of the old roofing material, they just put on a new layer of material over the old. So I had 6 to 8 inches of old roof to remove, endless layers of tar, gravel and torch down. It was about 6 to 7 tons of material, as well as a crumbling parapet and part of one that had been removed, by my neighbor when he tried to fix his own roof, that separated the last ten feet of our roofs. That was before I bought the house.
Mark and his team were great, he gave me all costs, options and the price didnt change when the work started. He was honest, informative and quick to reply or answer any question.
The work quality was excellent, efficient and clean! They didnt leave any mess or debris to cleanup. When my two neighbors did their roofs with other companies it was like a smog cloud mixed with chunks of toxic debris. On our job the neighbors were suprised that there was no mess.
The roof parapets were rebuilt and covered to match the existing ones, I went up on the roof after the first day and was impressed, I have worked in the trades so I know quality work.
I know what I paid was a lot, but you get what you pay for, Mark and his team do top quality work, and I know I wont have to worry about my roof for years. My neighbor that got a cheap company to do his roof a few years earlier than me, just had someone up on his roof repairing it.
You can either pay for craftsmanship like Coverall roofing, or pay less for a mediocre company and take your chances.
Im also going to put skylights later in my roof and Ill only have Mark and his team do it. They have my highest recommendations.

We had Coverall quote on our aging flat roof in the summer of 2022 after reading positive reviews and having a neighbor give us a glowing recommendation. Mark and his team are lovely, professional, and extremely transparent. Even though they quoted on the job last summer (we never got around to booking them in), they honored the quote when our roof finally leaked in March 2023. In addition to the flat roof, they provided new eavestroughs and installed a 2x2 skylight for us, giving our second floor a boost of light.
The job took 1.5 days and everything was seamless. We've already had multiple rainy days and no leaks in sight. We particularly appreciated the extra care they took cleaning up given we are a home with a young child and a dog. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a quality roofer.

We called the number on on their truck and reached Joe. Who scheduled a walk around our roof and provided a quote. The quote was fair and with one day removal and install was very appealing. After a horrible experience with a dishonest roofer I needed to find a proper roofing company in a hurry as my roof was only partially finished during winter.

We recently had our roof replaced using CoverAll Roofing and were very happy with the work .

We were given a very reasonable estimate, after having several other estimates.
B) The work was completed in a timely manner and as outlined beforehand.
C) The workmanship was excellent (see photo attached) and the warranty was good for a period of 10 years.
D) The owner was prompt in answering our calls and would stay in contact when needed.

We started to lose shingles in strong winds and knew it was time to re-shingle our roof. I contacted Coverall Roofing and Joseph came out promptly to provide us with a quote. The work was done in a very efficient manner and the clean-up afterwards was excellent. So many other roofing companies have various levels of service/management tripping on one another throughout the process and never seem to get anything done; need to send drones or rely on Google Earth to assess the project and want to schedule endless Zoom meetings to discuss your roofing situation. This wastes an inordinate amount of time, delays the job getting done and ends up costing more money. Too much talking and not enough doing.
