Mark took the time to come out and look at our roofing project before quoting, rather than using aerial photos. His was the most reasonably priced of any quote I received. He was always prompt, professional, easy to deal with, and made all the appropriate suggestions and accommodations related to our project. The work was done by a skilled crew in the agreed-upon time frame.

Working with Mark and Coverall was a flawless experience top to bottom. I would recommend them without reservation.

The team worked from 7am -7pm everyday, worked really hard, and did a QUALITY JOB. Furthermore, they left everyday clean and spotless the work site to avoid conflict with our neighbours.
We were robbed by our previous contractor who did a poor job that were relieved to have found Coverall Roofing. They did a miracle with our falling roof.

Coverall Roofing did a terrific job, removing old flat roof (in cramped inner city situation). A new flat roof and all new gutters were installed. Clean up was terrific. Communication was timely and very helpful Great team.

I live in a flat-roofed row house, 100+ years old. The roof was ancient, with several layers that needed to be stripped and replaced. I ended up getting 4 quotes, plus advice and information from other households in the row about their flat roof replacements.

All the roofers I spoke to went up on the roof to inspect, and gave me detailed written quotes outlining their game plan. They were all substantially similar in the approach they recommended, but there was quite a wide variation in pricing.

I picked Coverall partly because the pricing was very competitive, but also because Mark was a great communicator who listened to what I wanted, answered all my questions in detail, and offered practical solutions for some extra features I was asking for. They also took pictures of every step of the process (see sample pics).

I have been extremely happy with my choice. The company was entirely reliable throughout every stage of the process, the quality of the work is clearly very good, and Mark even bumped my job up the list by almost two weeks when I mentioned there was a leak in my bedroom ceiling.

Bottom line: nobody likes dealing with major home repairs, but this roof replacement was as close to a painless experience as you can get.

Replacing shingles on a bungalow is a pretty straightforward job, but I didn’t have a lot of experience in booking roofing services and worried about doing it right. Coverall Roofing treated my basic job with competence. They didn’t overcharge or undercharge, the estimate and quote was done promptly and then they gave me space to make my decision and do research. They booked the work quickly at a convenient time for both of us, and the workers were on time and efficient. I was in and out of my home randomly all day, and they were hard at it at all times. Also, the workers spoke politely and professionally to each other - it’s a really small detail but says a ton about the company. When they left, there was absolutely no sign left behind of their presence except for new shingles on the roof.

As a recent homeowner, this was my first time needing to hire a contractor to do some work at the house. I spent a lot of time researching online and reading reviews and finally selected a number of companies to request quotes from. Coverall Roofing was included in the list as they had great reviews.

George was extremely quick to get back to us and book at time for an inspection only 2 days later (at my convenience). My husband and I felt he was knowledgeable, professional, and personable from the first meeting. He went up on the roof (which not all companies did) then walked around the house with us and listened to our concerns. We were having some water come in when the snow melted in the spring. He went over some options for shingles, proper venting, ice and water shield, etc and gave his recommendations (which were not always the most expensive option but what he thought would work best in the situation). I felt he cared about the workmanship, quality and longevity of our roof to keep our home protected from the elements and wasn't all about the sale as some companies are.

After receiving all our quotes we selected George and Coverall Roofing to complete the job. They came in near the middle of the pack price wise but we felt the would take the care and effort to do the job properly and that they cared about us as a customer and homeowners.

I emailed George a couple times with questions and he always got back to me super quick. When it came time to schedule the work, he made sure to accommodate my husband's work schedule so they wouldn't be up there hammering when he was trying to sleep. We were advised the job may take 2 days as we have a mansard roof which takes a bit more time to do.

On the day of the work, the crew arrived on time and promptly got to work moving and/or protecting our things outside (BBQ, AC, patio furniture, gardens). They were polite, professional and answered any questions we had when we came out to see the progress. They worked hard but efficiently and managed to get the job done in one long day instead of two. They ended up staying until dark to finish and made sure to put everything back and cleaned up all around the property. They installed some extra vents and downspouts to take care of the ice problem we were having (which was included in the original quote).

George came back a couple days later to do a once over and see if we had any questions or concerns. He was able to take some photos for us using a drone which I thought was pretty cool. We received the final invoice which was the amount we had agreed on so no surprises there.

Overall we were very happy with the communication, service and workmanship we received. It was a stress free experience for our first time hiring contractors. I would definitely recommend Coverall Roofing to anyone who asks.

My roof was in need of replacement along with my 4 additional flat roofs.
George was prompt and provided an accurate estimate along with roof options and detailing the specific materials to be used along with the installation process and a competitive quote. His crew was excellent and efficient and even helped my wife with the groceries to the front door during the installation. The work was well done and George provided me with a detailed walk thru after the installation outlining the work performed. My property and my neighbors used during the work were left super clean with not a nail in sight. Cover All Roofing was recommended to me by a friend who was very happy with the work he had just done on his semi-detached. I had a number of companies come and quote the job to me. Some did a quick estimate, others were very very expensive and tried to sell me things I did not need, like a replacement of all my plywood.
