This is the 3rd or 4th time that we have used Eclipse for a project at our home. Once again, they came through exactly as promised. They arrived on the appointed day, performed the job with their usual professionalism, and invoiced me for exactly what they quoted (even though the job ended up requiring a few extras). I wish every contractor we used would hold themselves to the same high standard. Eclipse never fails to impress.

The work was excellent. One team removed the very old insulbrick and installed new insulation and house wrap. A second team installed the new cedar siding as well as eavestrough, down spouts, soffit and fascia, and caulking. Eduart expertly supervised the whole job. Reli and Orgest took special care that their installation work was completed to the highest standard. Everyone was congenial to work with and attentive to doing the work to our complete satisfaction.

We had our old wood burning fireplace replaced with a gas model, but removal of the stovepipe chimney left a hole which need to be capped. We were referred to Eclipse Roofing Ltd. to do the job.

Eduart's quote was detailed and provided photos of the area to be worked on. Bobby came by to take final measurements so that the cap could be fabricated to fit perfectly. On installation day Bobby and his assistant arrived at the scheduled time and got to work immediately. The installation took less than an hour and I was called to inspect the job. Bobby even took pictures of the stages of work as they progressed to show me all the steps they took to ensure the capping would be long-lasting and leak-free.

I found Eclipse Roofing, and all the staff I dealt with to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I am very satisfied and pleased with the final result and have no hesitation using Eclipse Roofing Ltd. again in the future. Thank you Eduart and team for providing your expertise for this job.

Eduart came out to provide me a quote and worked with me to source the skylight. Eclipse's front office submitted the Cool Roof application to the City of Toronto for me, and they also built the curb for the skylight. From a customer service standpoint, they were highly responsive and lovely to deal with!

Altin and the crew that did the work were punctual, professional, and well organized. My neighbours asked about them and commented that they were all very friendly, which was nice to hear. And for an added bonus, they left my property cleaner than it was when they arrived!

I had a nightmare scenario after hiring previous contractors whose work was so sub-par I am considering legal actions. I then reached out to numerous roofing companies to inquire about doing a patch up job to fix what the last contractors left. Most seemed to be offended that I was inquiring about a small job. However the project manager from Eclipse (Eduart) was very sympathetic. He took almost an hour inspecting my roof, taking pictures, and explaining to me in great detail all the problems even before being hired. I then requested 2 quotes; for a new roof and for a patch job. Eclipse was kind enough to provide both in an itemized PDF format. The issues ended up being so bad Eclipse redid the roof and me eaves. The quality of the work and materials was fantastic, this was the first contracting company I've worked with where every employee from the Project manager down seemed to care about the quality of their labour. I was also very concerned about water damage, and they went above and beyond providing extra water protection with features I've never even seen before. During the project I was also flip flopping on decisions and they were very patient and able to work with me. Overall I dealt with all the major Toronto roofing companies in the past 3 months, and by far Eclipse was the best. 

Eduart and his team did a fantastic job on our flat roof replacement. Job was completed in one day and they cleaned up the site perfectly. The company is very well organized on the administrative side as well and everything from the quoting phase to payment on completion was seamless. Highly recommend.

Eduart was excellent to deal with, very knowledgeable and did not try to oversell on product or services. He was very thorough in his assessment and provided a very detailed breakdown of services with explanation. We discussed several problem issues to arrive at a good solution. Throughout the work, he stopped by regularly to discuss the work. The crew was polite and professional. There were several adjustments that were required along the way, He and the team did not hesitate to address them (causing the work to extend longer than planned). Eduart offered great advice to me having to re-install a roof deck after the work was completed. They worked until I was satisfied with the outcome. Site was cleaned after each day, crew as extremely careful around the property. Would highly recommend them.

From start to finish Eclipse roofing was exactly as advertised. On time, within budget, very clean job site , extremely hard working and polite crew. The finished product looks great and our home is better for having them involved.
