I ordered 3 decorative columns online and have nothing good to say about the product or the Decor Group Inc

The purchase process:
When I ordered the columns online I did not receive a confirmation email, shipping email, and the columns did not arrive at all. The website didn't even show that my order was processed even though my credit card was charged. Additionally the 'purchase history' of my account showed orders from over a year ago that I never made.

I had to drive to the warehouse to inquire before they gave me my purchase.

The product quality:
I purchased 6" diameter columns and none of them fit the 4" support columns. There was no option to select the interior diameter of the column wrappings and as far as I can tell they are a standard size. The wrappings do not line up correctly and show a terrible seam even after 4 layers of wood putty, sanding, and painting.

The customer service:
I emailed and phoned the showroom multiple times. On two separate occasions, I phoned the 24hr service line and waited on hold for 20 minutes before hanging up.

The only email response I received was to my inquiry to exchange the columns because the interior diameter was 1 - 2 cm too narrow for my columns. The email was short and stated that there were no returns for "custom" materials. I replied by asking if the columns could be machined further to increase the diameter and received no response.

The columns I ordered were standard sizes and heights available from the drop down options on their website. Made to order items are *not* custom in my opinion.

We decided to upgrade the trim work in our home which consisted of crown moulding, baseboards, wainscoting, door trim and shoe mould. We arrived to their show room which is beautiful and were greeted by Aren. Being our first time dealing with trim work, we had a lot and I really do mean a lot of questions! Through out the entire process which took a few weeks of taking samples home etc, Aren was just outstanding. She was honest, courteous and most of all patient! Maurizio was also present who provided us with his excellent opinions on style. Our product arrived on time and we couldn't be happier. We will be returning to Decor Group for other projects and have no issue referring them to our friends and family.

The 2 pillars are as specified, and look good on our porch. The contract we negotiated was fair and the price better than other quotes. Staff were friendly and easy to deal with. Communication about expectations for the product and overall delivery-timing was very good and communications in relation to installation date had one glitch (the weekend we waited but didn't hear Luis was delayed on other jobs) but otherwise was very good. Installation was fast (about an hour) and the clean-up of dust etc. fairly good. Fixing the caulking problem was also very good service. We are looking forward to seeing the posts painted in a few months. We certainly hope fibreglass is a long-lasting improvement over our old (rotting) wood columns.

Aren and Maurizio were fantastic! Customer service was great, the price was very reasonable, and the installation was done perfectly. The Decor Group will forever be my one stop shop for all of my home decor needs. Don't buy anywhere else! Recommend 150%! Thank you so much for your services guys!

I originally contacted Décor Group last year about replacing the two front porch posts as they had seen better days, but let things slide as we were looking to get other work done first. I contacted Aren about the old quotes and she quickly went over the details with me and advised what they had in stock and how they could get things done quickly (since we were now getting the interlocking done and needed columns replaced first) She was awesome! She revised the quote which really didn't change much at all, and helped me on my frantic phone calls to get things done fast. They were out about a week or so later and replaced the columns. I was a bit worried since they were just basic square columns, but they did enough base trim work to make it work and look amazing! Very impressed with the work that was done. No major issues at all, columns look great, and honestly, Aren was great to deal with!

I would like to thank Decor Group Inc for their great service. They helped to design and then produced a special fluted column to serve as a pedestal base for a custom quartz kitchen counter extension. The end result was fantastic!

I needed some custom trim made for a project and I reached out to Decor Group. These folks are great to work with, from the time you meet them and until the orders are completed. Their work is immaculate and the communication throughout the process is excellent. Their processes are automated. So, you get updates as the order is being prepared. The trim work was perfect!
