We had what looked like the beginnings of a second pharoh ant infestation. We "dealt" with a problem 3 years ago and had been good for about 2.5 years afterward. Then a few months back, I started seeing ants on the 2nd floor and basement floor again. Then on the couch in the basement (I LOST IT). Mike came over and "watched the bugs", actually did a taste test with them to see which bait they preferred and then baited the outside around our house as well. He said it could take a few weeks to see the effects but baiting was much better than spraying. Well... I haven't seen one since the day after he left. And I feel so much better that I didn't need to spray the inside of my house. MIKE YOU ROCK! Thank you.

I just want to say thank you for all the help over the last several months in the battle of the bedbugs. The proprietor of Just Bugs,
"bedbug Mike" and his crew are wonderful. My mother had a huge infestation in the apt. building she was living in. She was moving into a Seniors residence and we did not want to take any bugs to the new place. On the day of the move Mike and his crew came and loaded up what was being taken into a heated trailer so that everything could be heat treated. Then they took the trailer and unloaded everything at the new place. He was a life saver for my
mom and us to be able to get rid of bugs and move at the same time. No other bedbug company would do this.

Mike and his crew have also heat treated our home since we ended up carrying these pests from my mom's old place not realizing it.
Again they did a fantastic job. After 2 months I did end up getting bites again and they honoured their 90 day guarantee and came back and retreated our place again, no questions asked.

I would recommend Justbugs in a heartbeat to anyone who is having problems with bedbugs.

We had our home heat treated last summer. The bugs are gone and haven't come back...we're far past the 3 month guarantee period. So what better review can you give?

Staff was great. Friendly, patient, answered all questions.

There was some damage to anything that was glued together. IKEA furniture; the TV frame popped off on one side. No big deal. I would recommend being more cautious on what you remove from heat.

That said, heat treatment was so much easier than other topical treatments.

Bringing bed bugs home from Club Med in Mexico was one of the worst experiences of my life...but Mike and his team are absolute LIFE SAVERS!! As soon as we discovered bed bugs, my wife contacted many companies and decided to go with Mike from Just Bed Bugs. The guys came out on Saturday morning to do their "Just Heat" treatment and by 6PM we were back in the house. Mike was reassuring and comforting the entire time and his guys were absolute gentlemen. I don’t normally write reviews but this company deserves it! Bed bugs spread through my house because my kid’s nanny stays at an infested apartment on the weekends! After four chemical treatments from another company I finally found Mike from Just Bugs.

He calmed my wife and I down immediately and even came on a Sunday with his wonderful crew who were just as friendly and reassuring as the boss.
I chose a heat option that was only nominally higher than I paid for the chemical treatment and the problem was solved.
My concerns about the house melting from the heat were addressed and the only damage was in my desk drawer where my daughter keeps her crayons.
They treated the apartment the same week and assured us that her weekend home was safe. It’s been three months since this nightmare ended.
Thanks for fielding the many calls and concerns that we had frankly talking us off the ledge! I hope we never have to but if we did Just Bugs is whom I would call, hands down.

We had a problem with bed bugs and didn't realize how bad it was. Mike was able to guide us through the process of getting rid of bed bugs step by step. He was very friendly and always available whenever I had another question. Highly recommend.

We had a small infestation that, luckily, was caught at a very early stage so we called Mike immediately. We found him to be extremely professional and he got out of his way to provide as much help as possible. We did heat treatment and we got rid of the problem in just one day. He did the work himself with two of his staff and the result was simply outstanding. He made sure that everything was heated to the required temperature, but also paid close attention to make sure nothing was damaged. In short, he treated our house as if it was his. I never wrote a review on the internet, but I decided to create an account on this website just to praise his amazing work!

I had a bad problem with bed bugs. Mike came by did a check and scheduled that week.
I am handicapped so price was a little higher because they had to do prep for me. He and staff were great. They tried to put everything back as they found it.Did a follow up as well.
It's been two months since and everything is great and I can sleep. Mike was great.on time and finished on time.They forgot to put back one table I was unable toover and I called and they came right back. Heat treat no chemicals
