Over the years, we have had many renovations/projects done. This means that we have scouted out many companies to do work for us. Hmm, seems not all businesses want to ‘work’. NOT so with Cana Decks! Tyler Koch responded to our call very quickly, came to hear our ideas, offer great suggestions, and provide a detailed reasonable estimate, including the expected time the job would take. The job was completed to perfection in less time than estimated, even though we added to the work during the process.

Tyler and his crew know what teamwork, professionalism, and diligence mean. They worked incredibly hard, all with cheerful demeanors. They are highly skilled. They did not cut corners to make their jobs easier for them. It is clear that they take well-deserved pride in their work. Our well-constructed and beautifully finished deck will last! Tyler is a pleasure to work with; professional, respectful, and trustworthy. He listened carefully to my wish list and provided the advice and guidance I needed to perfect my draft design and turn it into a reality. He and Rian were reliable, hard-working, and patient throughout the project, which spanned 3 months due to the need to coordinate with various other contractors to do the interlock stonework, irrigation system, electrical and plumbing work. Their price was fair and I felt confident with Tyler's approach, reviews, and references. Now I am so glad I chose CANAdecks, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Canadecks were both personable and professional from the start. Tyler gave great Suggestions and we valued his knowledge. When the work started, Tyler and his guys started early morning and worked until about 6 pm every day and finished in 4 days including the demolition of the old deck and putting in new footings. They cleaned up beautifully at the end of each day. We are thrilled with our new deck which is both beautiful and solid. We love the deck lights that Tyler suggested and installed. We were intrigued by the deck shows on HGTV but soon learnt that it would cost a lot of money to get the deck designed professionally and get a deck builder to execute it. We got quotes from a few companies and CANAdecks was one of them with a dynamic team. Tyler lets customer come up with their own ideas rather than influencing his own, figuring out what is best and practical. We agreed on a design proposal accommodating a hot tub, kitchen grilling area and lounge area in composite material. His quote was a breakdown of what each aspect costed and the overall budget and schedule, which was very competitive.

Since the time we chose CANAdecks, Tyler and his team have always showed up every day for over 6 weeks, rain or shine, being on time and prompt. He uses quality material that lasts, keeps customer at ease and is flexible with changes as feasible. Tyler is extremely professional, realistic, reasonable and great to work with!

More than willing to be a reference based on his work on my backyard deck oasis! I would recommend booking him sooner so you don't get pushed out on the schedule, since deck work mostly gets done between May - Oct, keeping the weather conditions in mind.
