Getting more that 1 quote for a big investment like this is a very wise thing to do as a consumer and we are so happy to hear that Nate was able to give you a thorough explanation of how a proper installation should happen and how we always do our installations. Unfortunately even if you buy the top notch piece of equipment on the market, if it is not installed properly from the start then you can have major issues! Going with the cheapest quote isn't always the best route for a big investment like a new furnace, heat pump, or A/C. Thank you again for your continued support of our small business Eric!
