Alexander provided a competitive quote on the installation of three IKEA tall cabinets with pull out doors. He responded quickly to my request for a quote. The installation was delayed due to Covid restrictions in my condo. It’s important for both the customer and service provider to show flexibility. Dimitri and Majid were great to work with. Both were skilled at assembly and installing as well as troubleshooting. They made some good suggestions and were both very friendly and affable. Given the work involved, I think it was worth every penny. Homeowners just need to think about how to get rid of the multitude of boxes afterwards! The price paid is exclusive oh HST.

Planning a kitchen remodel isn't easy and it's doubly hard in a pandemic. Alex, Dmitriy and Masjid made the process simple and straightforward.

Communication was excellent all the way through booking and scheduling. When Dmitriy arrived for the install, he explained a few issues and laid out the remedies. Simple, straightforward. At one point, Dmitriy recommended picking up larger panels in order to improve aesthetics. The recommendation worked beautifully and, in the end, likely saved us a few hundred dollars in materials. Who could complain about that?

And, because our click-and-collect was delayed until the afternoon, Dmitriy shifted his schedule to make it work.

All in all, a great experience and this company is a tremendous help for anyone navigating an IKEA kitchen install.

This review is long overdue. We apologize for this! We were very lucky to have found Alexander to assist us with planning and designing our kitchen. He was very detailed, organized and really knew his stuff and put us at ease from the beginning and throughout the entire process. His installers were really incredible and took pride in their work and went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect before leaving the site. We cannot thank Alex and his crews enough.
