Roof Right Solutions handled my insurance claim, after the 2020 hail storm destroyed my roof, siding, entire exterior and two windows. I called several companies and chose them, not only because their quote was right in line with my insurance claim, but because they were so kind and prompt with follow-ups. Also, you don’t pay for the job until the work is completed well - so I knew they were as invested in getting it done as I was. Dave and Veronic gave the best customer service, communicating with me throughout the entire process, promptly answering emails and phone calls, and site visits, with understanding and tons of information about this big job. All of their contractors were highly professional. Would recommend them 100%

I was very impressed with Roof Right Solutions beginning with the initial quote all the way through installation and cleanup.

Like most homeowners, I had contacted several roofing companies that I found in HomeStars or that neighbours had used. I received varying estimates for similar products. Roof Right's quote was very competitive and provided an excellent warranty.

I spoke to the owners (Veronic and Dave) several times and they answered my many questions and concerns to my complete satisfaction. In addition, Dave came to the house to confirm the quote which was initially done using digital satellite technology.

One of my utmost concerns in choosing a roofing company was the quality of the installation, since, in the end, that's the most important part. Roof Right's crew was competent and experienced and took the time to do it right. Although not all the installers were employees of the company (that was one of my criteria), they clearly had worked together - and for Roof Right - on many jobs in the past.

The entire job, from bin and shingle delivery through cleanup was very organized and timely. After the cleanup was completed, Dave came by to do the final inspection.

I have no hesitation with recommending Roof Right Solutions; their 10/10 HomeStars historical score is justified in my opinion.

We were unfortunately hit with a pretty large storm that caused some major hail damage to our roof and siding. Roof right solutions went above and beyond for us and we are so thankful for everyone we dealt with. Dave and Veronic are absolutely amazing to deal with. We have had the work completed and it's absolutely perfect. We are so pleased with how it turned out. I have recommended roof right to a few of our friends that also required repairs from the damage.
