Yes, ReidJames was doing work for my neighbour and I asked if he would give me an estimate to repair by basement which had water damage. The estimate was for repair and painting. The cost was fair and the workers were excellent. All were very polite and did there work well. I was expecting a big mess when they finished because of the dry wall dust. But instead, they had cleaned up and we just put the furniture back. I have made arrangements to have them change by flooring in the spring. This is the company to call.

Needed Reid James Renovations in a hurry and they came through. Kept the cost reasonable and did over the top work. Above and beyond service. Thanks guys! Couldn't have asked for a better crew.

Rob and his team were absolutely amazing. They were very professional and showed up everyday until the job was done. They gutted and re-did our entire bathroom including replacing the tub (we had one of those step in medical tubs), turning a single vanity into a double, closed in a door, patched and painted the walls, raised the ceiling height in the shower and the list goes on. They paid attention to detail and made sure even the little details were taken care of.
This was all done in a matter of 5 days!
They also re-tiled a good portion of our main floor and expanded the opening between our kitchen and dining room. They stumbled upon a few minor set backs yet still finished on time.
I have a young son and they were very accommodating while going through these renos. I'm happy to say we'll be using them again in the spring to do our fence and deck!!!!!!

I have used Reid James Renovations numerous times over the last 20 years. Rob did a complete roof job with custom skylights in the kitchen of my first home 20 years ago.

In my second home, Rob designed and built a custom backyard pool bar, a beautiful diamond pattern Brazilian hardwood floor in the dining room, a custom basement bathroom with imported Italian porcelain tiles and finally, a complete custom master bathroom. A full reno down to the studs where Rob then built a custom 7' vanity, jacuzzi tub, huge rain head and body jet shower, all finished in Grey and marbled Indian slate tiles. ( Unfortunately I do not have photos of these but they were all magazine quality renovations).

His latest project was last summer in my latest home. A massive 30' octagon shaped backyard gazebo/pool bar/ mancave. The gazebo holds a hot tub, bar with under counter fridge, gas firepit seating and a storage/change room. Completely wired with stereo/TV and satellite radio, as well as under counter lighting, interior lighting and outdoor lighting on the main posts. We spend every free moment out here both in the summer....and winter! It is a huge hit with friends and family and the main gathering place most days and evenings.

We were getting ready to sell our home and move to a new home with an unfinished basement and a bathroom that needed to be made accessible for my wife. Rob and his crew accommodated our tight timeline and they were able to do the work on our new place just after we moved in. Renovations are never fun to live through but they did their best to respect our presence and minimize the disruption (we are retired and at home during the day). In total they painted our old home, did some maintance work and then in the new house in one bathroom changed out a bathtub for a walk-in shower, added grab bars and accessories and painted. The basement was completely finished with the addition of a 4 piece bathroom. Everyone comments how nice the basement looks, and it has become one of the most used spaces in the house. We really enjoy the space and the advice and guidance that we received from Reid James Renovations every step of the way.

I had Reid James renovations build me a deck this past weekend. I have used this contractor in the past for bathroom renovations and was very impressed, so I asked if they could build me a deck at my trailer. I was not disappointed! They deck is absolutely beautiful and I am the envy of the park. The crew was absolutely professional, they respected the rules regarding noise throughout the park to the point that my neighbors came over and thanked me for their courtesy.

I couldn't be happier with the deck it is absolutely brilliant, and they actually finished and cleaned everything up AHEAD of the scheduled finish date. (by a full day!!)
I actually heard one of my neighbors say that I will now be known as the guy with the deck that is nicer than his trailer!

I would recommend Reid James Ltd for both bathroom renovations as they have provided me with 2 stunning transformations, and for decks. (just not in my trailer park, I enjoy having the nicest one LOL)

We hired Reid James renovations when our original contractor choice decided not to work on our project, only a week before, because he was going on vacation and interested in larger projects. Reid james was professional, corteous, annd delivered on budget. The bathroom looks gorgeous! he had interesting points of view on how we should do our trim and we took him up on the offer. We are glad we did! the only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because he was late to begin the project. however, he apologized and made sure to complete tthe renovation before I was to have my second baby. Would definitely recommend
