My 20 year old Lennox needed replacing and a friend who has a several homes and has dealt with lots of furnace companies recommended Rafa Chramega at Bluemax and he was outstanding! His quote was less than half the price of a much larger company and he was able to show building code errors they made in their quote! He and his team arrived on time and left early with the place as clean as when arrived. And he was cheerful and able to calm down my anxious wife. If there were more than 10 stars I would give them to him. In a word outstanding!

We had a bad and dangerous furnace running in our house. We called Rafal to diagnose our furnace because of the foul smell coming from the exhaust outside. Rafal came the same day and confimed that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. He recommended we shut down the furnace as it was dangerous to keep it running. Rafal provided us with competitive quotes and managed to have a new furnace installed and running within 4 hours of posing the diagnostic. Rafal installed a gas line connecting from my furnace room to my kitchen. He also installed my gas stove. He was prompt, worked fast, and did an excellent job. The price was very fair and I would highly recommend him!

Rafal came in on very short notice after our appointment with another gas technician we found on HomeStar got cancelled the day of and he showed up at the time he said he would. His pricing is competitive compared to other gas technicians we called for quotes. I hired Rafal to do a cleaning and maintenance on my two gas insert fireplaces. It's been several years since last having this done. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time and did an excellent job. He cleaned the glass on both fireplaces (which had been very cloudy) such that it looked like new. He thoroughly vacuumed and cleaned the interior and made sure everything was working properly. He was careful to keep the working area clean - when he left the area was immaculate. I would highly recommend Rafal.
