I have had two experiences with ONTARIO ELECTRONICS SERVICE and it is a PLEASURE to deal with a HONEST, REPUTABLE Family Business that not only does EXACTLY what They PROMISE, but EXCEED that with V.I.P. Service at FAIR & REALISTIC Prices. In this throwaway society, many Electronics are WORTH keeping when They are repaired by the RIGHT PEOPLE. Not only is it GOOD for the Environment, but You SUPPORT the LOCAL Economy instead of a BIG Corporation that could care less about You. I have a disability which makes it next to impossible to carry TVs around. Not only did Terry & His Wife pick up My defective TV, but gave a REALISTIC Repair Estimate with NO SURPRISES of additional and unexpected charges, repaired My TV, and delivered it back, and set it up again. They go far ABOVE and BEYOND BASIC Service. I had a Ceiling Pot Light that had burned out, and Terry was kind enough to change it for Me when They were here. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Company to Anyone. I am a Good Judge of Character, and These People are REAL. it is too bad the rating only goes to TEN, because They are DEFINITELY a TEN PLUS. I will be a LIFETIME CUSTOMER. if You ever have the need for this Service, CHECK THEM OUT. I GUARANTEE You WON'T be Sorry that You did. In fact, You WILL be HAPPY !!!!!!!!!

When my television was in need of repair (the monitor was not turning on), I took it to Ontario Electronics Service (OES). After a proper inspection, the owners,Terry and Seeta, provided me with the cause of the malfunction and a quote for repair. The repairs were completed quickly (2 days) and to my satisfaction (TV works properly again). I was very impressed with the friendly, quick and affordable service that I received at Ontario Electronics Service and I would highly recommend them.

Terry and his family were amazing He took my 70" and fixed my screen. He told me how long it was going to take to fix and gave me A loner TV to have while I waited. It was very affordable. And l would definitely recommend him to everyone . Thanks Terry

I found Terry on kijiji after my 52 inch TV decided to blow up. Terry through casual conversation while here over heard my kids were coming up and disappointed they couldn't play Wii with me, it's our thing to play some boxing and Go Karts before bed. Terry went out of his way to ensure the TV was fixed and returned within 48 hours to make sure my little guys were happy. Terry is a very friendly person who helped me out great time.

Terry and his family are amazing very friendly and reliable I have had 3 TVS fixed one from 2012 and they are working great till this day and to mention VERY AFFORDABLE AND HONEST I recommend Terry to anyone he is very understanding and gets the job done fast.. Great service for TV repair. Promptly arriving at our home at the scheduled time, they looked at the TV and decided that it had to be taken to their shop. They were able to remove it from its stand and took great care in wrapping the TV and carefully placing it in their van. They gave us an estimate of 1 week to have it repaired and it took one day less than that. They also delivered back to our home and it has been working fine ever since. I would highly recommend their service if you have a high-end LED TV that needs repairing and you cannot fit it in your car or bring it to a repair shop.

I found Ontario Electronics Service by reading other people's reviews on Homestars. Terry and Seeta are very professional and knowledgeable. They came directly to my house and very quickly diagnosed what was wrong with my Sharp LED television (PCB board). They took the TV back to their shop where they had the part on hand to make the repair. They brought the TV back the following day working again as if it were brand-new. Thanks again for repairing my television! I definitely would recommend Ontario Electronics Service to anybody!

Our LG plasma tv was going on and off without warning. I searched for someone to come and look at it to see if it was repairable. Based on the Homestars reviews, I contacted Terry and was I glad I did. He followed up quickly, came to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem. He took our tv away to fix in his shop and two days later our tv was back on the wall, good as new. I would have no hesitation about recommending Terry and his wife to anyone who needs service for a television. Professional, personable, and reliable.
