Chris installed a natural gas line for our bbq. He was very punctual and professional. He brought all his tool, installed the gas line, and cleaned up after his work. He also ensured my gas bbq is working well and reset the water heater and furnace so as he had to turned them off in the beginning. Great service, I will definitely work with him again for our kitchen reno later!

I misheard initial amount for appliance hookup plus additional per "extra" foot. I assumed the 2nd appliance was pieced out in "extra" feet. The quote was "x" per appliance plus "y" for extra feet. It was fair and reasonable. I just misunderstood.
Chris went over and above to ensure the job was "overdone" I appreciate that as the homeowner.

Made sure the BBQ was working and the furnace too since he had to turn that off. Excellent customer service and a professional job well done. Our recent kitchen renovations included replacement of our electric stove with a gas stove. Chris was extremely detailed and thorough when he came to prep our kitchen for the gas line installation. He reviewed all the information we had from the gas appliance vendor and worked with the renovation workers so they fully understood what needed to be done with the drywall in order to ensure the gas stove, when installed, will be flushed perfectly to the wall with no gap. Even the renovation workers commented positively on Chris’s attention to details.
